"The Bully Dog programmer was very easy to upload to the truck. Easy to understand prompts and questions. Increased mileage by about 10%-15% when towing a trailer. With high fuel prices payback won't take too long. Called Bully Dog tech support before purchasing and were friendly and willing to answer any questions. Most people install these programmers on diesel engines but I tried it on a gas engine with satisfying results."

"I'm running 35s on my 2500hd so I needed to get some more horse power considering the size of the tires took some away. I chose to do the sport tune when I first installed it just because of the horse power gain and I wanted to see if it actually did something. Right away I noticed more power better acceleration higher and firmer gear shifts I knew this was going to be a good quality product. My truck has never been running better and instead of 250miles per tank I now range around 305-330 miles per tank."

"I love my new bully dog programmer. I'm not to computer friendly, so this was a good choice, it's easy to use. My truck runs alot better. Quicker response, better fuel mileage, more power, shifts better. This programmer makes all the working parts run better together.I would recommend to anybody who is serious about the preformance of thier truck. Thanks Bullydog,
Everett"

"The tow/economy mode is the most practical for everyday driving. The programmer essentially shifts the power curve to lower rpms. The performance/power and high power modes are fun but way overboosted for everyday use. Plus, too much smoke with minimal acceleration. Would recommend the single programmer since the tow/economy mode is all you need and the single programmer is cheaper. The Triple downloader is great with regard to "shift programs on the fly" but in reality you don't do that much. Hope this helps!"

"I had the TS Performance 5X Loader on my 06 Superduty 6.0 Liter. I kept haveing problems trying to go from one power setting to the other, it would mess up my computer on the truck and it wouldnt start or anything. I took it back and got my money back and ordered the Triple Dog Downloader and all i can say is Awsome. Beats TS Performance hands down plus the extra bonus is you can adjust it on the fly. Also you can clear codes from your vehicle's computer and also calibrate your speedometer iwith it if you want to run larger tires. I recomend this programmer to anyone."

"Slow data transfer, but I don't really have anything to compare it to anyway. Maybe I am just impatient. They need an upgrade so that your old parameters pop up every time you hook it back up. You never know whether it really has your tire size right, so you do it again. I think they are working on that."

I have not tried the most aggressive setting yet,,,I'm waiting for my new mbrp 4" exhaust I ordered from autoanything,,,,,,The best bang for the buck, without touching a wrench! "JUST ONE WORD FOR THE TRIPLE DOG "AWESOME". GREAT PERFORMANCE, FUEL ECONOMY. IT IS JUST A DIFERENT TRUCK WITH THE PROGRAMMER. WITH THE TOW/ECONOMY SETTING IS DRIVING LIKE A TOYOTA COROLLA(25-26 MPG). WITH THE PERFORMANCE SETTING YOU CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TRUCK BUT WITH THE EXTREME SETTING THE TRUCK IS INSANE, I CAN SMOKE THE TIRE EVERYWHERE AND I HAVE A DUALLY. RECOMMENDED TO ANY DIESEL TRUCK. THANKS BULLY DOG, EDGAR, COLORADO."

"Wow - it caused engine knocks in my Ram 2500 Hemi. Installed the regular tune and I use 87 octane gas. Helped slightly when using 89 octane, but knocks still exist. I just put in 91 octane and it seems better, but that should be the high test tune, not regular. I cannot use 91 octane due to price and it seems i will have to back out the tune. A waste of time and money."

"i love my tuner, got it in, installed it and played with performance settings, and my 06 gmc Z71 would FLY and got 8 mpg running very rich. turned it back down and reprogramed, i know get 19-20 mpg on the highway while the city mpg suffer's at 13, but i do have my shift point set higher, gonna fix that and i expect a change, i would recomend it, alot more power is obvious, on the tow/econ mode it shifts firmer and at higher rpm's i shift into 2nd gear at 56 when i floor it, recomend it highly a buddy is actually getting rid of another brand of programmer and ordering this one."
