Bought to recalabrate my speedometer on my truck. It was easy to hook up but states it needs calibration. Called company they stated software was up to date take it ford and have truck software up dated. Spent a 100$ had computer updated. Hooked programer up said it needed updating. Called company they said sent it back so the could update software on programer. I have now spent hundreds with no success. This was my second jet product first one worked great this one not so much.

Worked fine. Had some check engine light issues at first. cam sensor. Just cleared and hasn't come back. Truck runs great at stock module settings. Seems stout and more aggressive. I haven't used the custom settings.

I was able to maintain my gas mileage on my 5.3L even with a BBK throttle body and Flowmaster exhaust. It seems to have lost some torque but gains in top end. I just did a quick tune for premium gas and was able to tell the difference right away. It was a definite compliment to the other two improvements but not cheap. Good product for a daily driver.

2012 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L Fast delivery from autoanything.com. Judging by seat of the pants this programmer does a great job. I have not pulled a trailer yet. Not sure about gas mileage at this time. Only used 87 octane tuning so far. This programmer has some tuning features that I did not see on the Jet Performance website, it has options to tune for a free flow exhaust and/or cold air intake. Since my truck has both I tried with and without the options, it does make a difference.

The installation was straight forward with easy to follow directions. I'm not seeing any difference in mileage, but I can tell, by the seat of my pants, that there is improved acceleration and firmer shift points. I've calibrated with the 87 octane parameters. I may try the 89 octane calibration as I can get that fuel for the same price as the 87.

Didn't purchase for high end performance, but for gas mileage. Smoothed idle some, runs crisper, seems to help CAI put more feeling in the pedal. Gas gauge doesn't drop like it used to(when driving accordingly). Reprogramming shift firmness eliminated hesitation on upshifts, but dramatizes downshift at slower speed. Display is not backlit and hard to read. Does not allow for low RPM shift point or TPS adjustments. EASY to hook up, will be trying different settings to find the best ones for me.
