"I installed this chip in my 2006 dodge ram with a 3.7 litre engine and was suprised with the extra power I got, But the downfall was I lost 2.5 miles per gallon useing it. I am undecided wether to leave it in or take it out. THANKS BILL"

"The module was pretty simple to install once I found where it went. The directions are a little generic, but were enough to get me through the install. I noticed better shifting and a little more pep from the jet module. I got 19 MPG on the highway w/ 87 oct gas, so that's pretty good for an Escalade. I would say it's worth the money for the improved drivabilty of the vehicle."

"it only took 5 minutes to install...i also installed the volant air intake and flowmaster exhuast...gave my truck the extra power i was looking for...i didn't see any improvement on mpg though...the jet chip is a good buy"

"easy install, I have 180 degree thrmostat, and CAI, Cat back etc....I have not done enough hard driving to rate the chip....Everyone I know said I waste my money"

"This thing works great and was an easy install. Better low end power I was looking for. MPG is better if you stay out of top end. Recieved chip quickly from AutoAnything and whole purchase was as enjoyable as it could be."

Diminshed Performance

"Unfortunately, my on board computer is showing that I am getting worse gas mileage than prior to installing the module. This is disconcerting to say the least. The on board system shows me getting 15.6 mpg. Previously, I was getting 16.9 mpg."

Step 1 to a better truck

"I got the Stage 1 for my '06 Ram 1500. I have the V-6 and a 6 spd. It has made a world of difference, I even get a solid "chirp" out of 3rd gear now. Before it was like the truck couldn't even get out of it's own way. It is much more enjoyable to drive now."

"Wow, what a disappointment. Although I wasn't expecting big gains, I simply couldn't tell any difference from stock. Also, there is no noticeable difference in economy. Save your money on this one."

"As I installed an Airaid at the same time I'm not sure whether this chip or the filter made the biggest improvement, but @ 70 mph the MPG is up +1 to 1.5 Performance is so good now I may not spend $8000 for a supercharger!"

"I ordered the stage 2 chip. It was easy to install it took about 15 min. I do'nt if it has improved my gas milage because I've been having to much fun driving my truck with all the extra power if you know what I mean!"

"My purchase went thru without a hitch, recieved module 3 days after placing order. Simple installation. I have noticed a marked inprovement in acceleration from a stop, and it seems to have more responce at higer speeds. Will be checking all around performance (gas mileage, etc)with a long trip next week. Overall it seems to produce advertised claims. Very pleased with entire process!! Brian"
