"95 F150 runs like a dream! Mileage and performance increase was definitely detected. Installation seemed extensive until I found an alternate way on the internet, and then it was pretty easy. Great product!!"

"Power chip can be felt,especialy first to second shift.Gas milage has increased by about one mpg when I,m driving normally. Haven,t tried any long distance milage but can probably expect the same or a little better."

"the most differcult thing was finding my computer location on the 2001 ford pu truck... easy to install AND THEN WHAT A CHANGE POWER WISE,,AND SHIFTING THROUGH GEARS "SMOOTH" WHAT A DIFF.TOWING MY 30'TRAVEL TRAILER! AND 2MPG.OVER THE THE OLD SET UP ...HI-WAY MPG UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME !!!! DICK CUNNINGHAM"

WORKS WITH 87, 89 OR 93 OCTANE

"NO PINGS AT 87 OCTANE, NO NOTICABLE INCREASE IN GAS MILAGE AT ANY OCTANE. INCREASES PERFORMANCE AT ALL OCTANES, BETTER WITH HIGHER OCTANE, ESPECIALLY DURING TOWING. MOST NOTABLE DIFFERENCE - APPEARS TO CHANGE SHIFT POINTS - SHIFTS QUICKER AND MORE AGESSIVELY. MY SECOND JET CHIP IN TWO DIFFERENT VEHICLES, BOTH TRUCKS. IMPRESSED WITH BOTH - WOULD BUY AGAIN. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR PERFORMANCE GAINS AND TOWING PERFORMANCE. THIS MODULE IS IN A 2006 5.4L F150. OTHER CHIP IS IN A 1988 CHEVY 350. BOTH HAVE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS."

"This chip works! Installing was a hassle but it was worth it. when I put my foot down instead of downshifting, the car takes off, many people cant believe they got beat by a taurus, i am at 220 hp now with this little baby."

Jet Performance Module For 1995 Ford Explorer

"To feel results from the modification, the chip has to gather data on how the driver accelerates. So, after a couple of days of driving, I noticed the power change. The gears dropped quickly, resulting in better passing power. On my car, I noticed more low end torque; so I recommend to drive with care in rainy weather. Overall, The product does what Jet claims it can do."

"Was very easy to install the chip to the ECU. However, it was impossible to use the stock mounting hardware for the ECU. Just too tight of a fit. Nonetheless, I was very happy with the extra performance of the product."

EXTRA PERFORMANCE

"AT FIRST I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE I WILL GAIN FROM THIS UPGRADE. THE LAST TIME I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THE DELEARSHIP FOR REPAIR I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS RUNNING LEAN. MAY BE BECAUSE OF MY CAI AND CAT-BACK UPGRADE. BEFORE, EVERYTIME I STOMP ON THE GAS THE AIR INTAKE SOUND COMING FROM THE ENGINE IS LOUDER THAN THE EXHAUST. NOW, ITS EVEN. THE ACCELERATION IS SMOOTH, CONSISTENT AND SOMEWHAT AGGRESSIVE THAN MY STOCKER. 1ST, 2ND & 3RD GEAR TOTALLY FELT THE DIFFERENCE. HAVENT TRIED FLOORING 4TH & 5TH GEAR YET. I DON'T HAVE ANY DYNO TO BACK IT UP BUT AS AN EVERYDAY DRIVER SAME VEHICLE, I CAN ATTEST THAT I CAN TELL IF THERE IS ANY PERFORMANCE CHANGE. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE POWER GAIN THAT ACTUALLY MAKES ME BELIEVE ABOUT THE "FUN TO DRIVE" MOTTO I READ IN THE MAGAZINE AND INTERNET. GASOLINE WISE, WHEN I INSTALLED THIS UPGRADE MY TANK WAS 3/4 FULL OF 89 OCTANE. I STLL GET 24/GAL AND THAT IS ONLY ONE TIME STOMPING ON THE GAS(2ND & 3RD). OH, BY THE WAY THAT IS REGULAR CITY COMMUTE. DIDN'T FELT ANY KICK USING THIS GRADE. NEXT FILL UP 93 OCT. THIS IS WHERE THAT NOTICEABLE CAI & CAT-BACK SOUND AND PERFORMANCE CHANGE STARTED. FLOORED 2ND & 3RD GEAR 3X'S ON THIS FILL UP STILL MANAGE TO GET,GIVE OR TAKE 23-24MI/GAL. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED......."

"THIS PCM I ORDERED WAS GREAT AS SOON AS I HOOKED IT UP I TURNED THE CAR OVER AND HEADED STRAIGHT FOR THE HIGHWAY AND I FELT A BIG DIFFERENCE RIGHT OFF THE BACK, EVEN MY BROTHER WAS TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH QUICKER THE ACCELERATION WAS AND HOW MY TRANSMISSON CHANGED THE GEARS SO SMOOTH IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LITTLE EXTRA SPEED AND TORQUE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT WITHOUT A DOUBT DERRICK, LOUISIANA"

More Performance for my 2001 GMC Truck

"Istallation was easy. It took about a half hour. I had to cut away some of the plastic cover that is over the computer. I have noticed increased power, but haven't noticed any increase in milage."
