"I bought the PCM for a 2003 explorer sport and have had it on for only anbout two weeks. I dont notice alot of MPG increase but hell the truck drinks gas in the winter. I can say that in the higher gears the truck really takes off FAST. good job JET"

"Jet made all my other mods sync beautifully. My 04 Dakota with a 4.7L V8 has custom dual exhaust with Flowmasters and a Fastman throttle body with a True Flow air intake. Installed in just minutes, the Jet StageII module is hands down the easiest modification I have installed yet. Accelerating is now effortless with a strong pull from the bottom end to the top of the rev range. I have even seen an extra 25 miles per tank. Even my wife has noticed a change in engine smoothness, with less vibration. Thank you Jet and AutoAnyting."

"Together with K&N FIPK, good performance improvements, gas mileage improvement is marginal.
Easy to install, directions are clear."

"I purchased the stage 2, along with a Gibson 3" cat back exhaust and S&B cold air intake, I really feel the improvement in the low to medrange, I have yet to pull my trailer, but I am certain the power will be there when I call on it. For the money and the speedy response from AutoAnything I would go to them again for my shopping needs. Owen"

"I've had the module for about two months now. My Ford Ranger use to get 19 miles per gallon. Now I get 20-21 miles per gallon. That's all I notice. Oh yeah, my wallet feels lighter."

2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7L 4X4 - Jet Stage II chip
Posted on 01/06/2006 by Joel C. - 2004 Jeep Liberty (Tulsa,OK)

"This chip paid for itself with just the way the automatic transmission shifts now. Without the chip the transmission always tried to get into overdrive, and didn't want to downshift. Now, it takes a steady speed with no throttle modulation for extended seconds before it drops into overdrive, and a mash of the accelerator downshifts seemingly twice as quickly as before. Around town driving is highly enhanced by these transmission changes.
I think the chip added some power as well. I installed it, along with aftermarket: drop in high flow air filter, throttle body spacer, and a cat-back exhaust. The chip has really complimented the other mods, and boosted their effect no doubt.
If you own an automatic Liberty with other mods, you'll like this chip.
I can't really say much about the fuel economy because with the extra power I've been sticking my foot in it more, but I can tell you that it didn't hurt it at all. My MPG is nearly the same now driving it hard as it was before driving it easy - nearly. With easy driving it would be even or better.
It was worth the money, and got it at a great price here too."

"I recently changed my exhaust over to 3" flowmaster dual exhaust system. When I installed the performance chip it sounded alot different, throatier and not so canny as when I had the OEM computer only. I have noticed a vast improvement on passing/top end power but not too much for shifting and at the bottom end of the RPM range."
