"Installing the program was a breeze. At $300 or less, they're not a bad buy, but I certainly wouldn't pay more than that. Hypertech support is certainly lackluster. Overall it's a good product."

"I put 22" inch rims on my 96 Impala which changed my feel for power. It felt heavy and slugish. But now that I have the power programer. It feels like i got my power back, shifts better, picks up speed better. It was a much needed improvement..."

"the programmer was a breeze to install took me about 10 minutes. quicker than i thought it would take. power gains are not enough to notice. maybe a few more horses. gas mileage is actually a little bit better in combination with 93 octane. before i installed the this the check engine light was on. this cleared that and gave me the code. didnt look up the code yet though. a day later the light came back on while i was driving. might be because i have intake, headers, no cats, and no muffler. dont think its a big deal. a lot of features but i didnt use most of it which makes me think if it was really worth $300."

"I've had my hypertech programmer 3 for a couple of weeks now and have about 1200 miles on it, I noticed a horse power difference and gas milage increase for about the first week but that everything seemed to back to normal unless i'm doing something wrong, needless to say i'm not jumping for joy over this programmer.

"I purchased the programer because I changed the final drive ratio in my truck to better pull my enclosed car hauler and the speed was off by about 10mph@70mph and adding too many miles to my Odometer. My local GMC dealership told it would cost about $300 and they would NOT guarantee that it would be correct so a friend told me about the Hypertech and It works GREAT even checks out with my GPS. I wish everything I bought worked as well and easily"

"Oh what a differnce this little baby makes. I could not use my cruise control while pulling my RV because it would shift into overdrive almost immediately. Now, it hardlt ever shifts down. Best investment I have made for my Superduty as it increased my fuel mileage at least 3-4 mpg! This is a great product."

"AutoAnything was excellent to deal with. Great service and great price. Programmer is easy to use. Very noticable HP increase using only stage 1. Tourque is harder to tell... but towing 8000lbs throughout the eastern states and Canada was effortless. Also gained about 2 mpg. Overall very pleased except transmission shifts a bit harder on stage 1 and way too hard on stage 3. I would recommend the Hypertech programmer and definitely AutoAnything."

"I finally installed it a few days ago, the low end power improved even with larger tires, my fuel mileage improved both in city and highway, 2 mph in city and 4 mph on the highway, ajusted the shift firmness to 25% and it made a world of difference from a dead stop, very easy to program and its nice having my speedometer right again"

"I originally bought the programmer to correct my speedo, but after inputting the 1st stage I could see a change of my mpg while towing my fith wheel to be about 1-1.5 mpg. I could notice a difference in pulling the trailer as the truck seems to not have to work as hard as before. I am pleased with my programmer."

Power Programmer III w/2002 Yukon

"Well worth the investment. I purchased a previously loved 2002 Yukon, 5.3, 4x2, SLT, fully loaded. The previous owner had installed 285/75/16 tires and the speedometer was reading 4 MPH LOW! Corrected that problem, installed Hypertech tuning and increased shift firmness to 100% level. This Yukon (87k miles) now feels 'better than new.' The Hypertech is WELL worth the investment!"

"Installation was easy. Follow the screen and you won't screw up. Wish I knew more about shift points that might help.
Looking for improved gas mileage on 07 new body Chevy Z71/4X4. Pretty grim at only 15mpg. average after over 10,000 miles."

"The Hypertech Power Programmer III did everything they promised. I recently began using my 2000 Dodge dually (with 150 K miles) to pull a 40 ft, 22 K lbs capacity, tandem dually flatbed trailer commercially. It would have been a strain without the PP III, but it handles steep hills with no problem now. Fuel mileage improved at least 5 %. I love it! Vern (Flyingseahorse Transport Services)."

"Mainly got this product to calibrate my speedometer after changing tire size. Pertty expensive for that, but cheaper than getting tickets from many drivers on sporting trips that are not fimilar with a inaccurate speedometer. Works great for that. I can not really tell any differance in the power though."

"I run 20 inch wheels on my truck and speedo wasn't accurate. Power Programmer solved that problem and gave me a little boost in power as well. Can't tell if it gave me better mileage as my mileage counter wasn't accurate due to wheels. I also adjusted the firmness of automatic transmission shifting, that worked great. Good product. Autoanything also was a pleasure to deal with. Received product exactly when I was supposed to. Will do business again."
