"The Predator tuner works wonderful. A slight increase in gas mileage, as well as an increase in performance. The ability to change shift firmness in the transmission is what sold me, and the added mileage and power is icing on the cake. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. (2000 F150 5.4L)"

06 Sierra 5.3

"I'm very happy with the Predator tuner. So far I have installed the 87 octane tune and I have disabled the Torque Management parameters and the speed limiter. It is important to disable the TM parameters or you will not get wheel spin at anytime. TM regulates wheel spin to prevent excess loading on the tranny. I also have a flowmaster muffler and a K&N filter. The first thing you notice is the throttle response. It reacts more like a carburated engine; quick response to the peddal. The 06 Sierras are fly by wire and the ECM does all the thinking for you, including TM. With the Predator tuning changes, I now enjoy an immediate throttle response, a kiss ass acceleration, and finally I can smoke the tires from a stop. Next step; cold air induction. One beef. I wish there was a software application to review and create a custom tune on a PC and the ability to upload/download. I think the Ford Predators have this. Why not GM?"

"Easy to operate and a noticable gain in power and torque. Best horsepower gain for your money this is a must do modification. My LS2 powered TrailBlazer-SS really gained some grunt with the Diablo Predator tuning!"

"Very user friendly, I felt the increase in horsepower and torque almost instantly, my fuel mileage has also increased at 60 mph I have been getting between 27-28 MPG, overall I’m up 2-3 more MPG, the annoying skip shift is gone now. DiabloSport's tech support was very helpful when i called them. I would highly recommend Diablo Sport Predator Tuner"

"This Tuner is so easy to use, and added so much horsepower to my mach 1 it was insane i put my car into a curb cuz there was such an increase that i wasn't used to this thing is awesome. and i did get better gas mileage also so it is so worth the money"

"There are a lot of things that you can tune on here, and that is nice. The backlit display is also a good thing to have. Overall, there is some noticeable difference in HP gains, but not too noticeable."

Hot set up for Duramax

"Love this this Predator. Even on the lowest horsepower setting the difference is spectacular. It took a few days for the Allison trans to get used to the new HP, but it finally did. Would recommend this unit to anyone with a turbo diesel. Have not seen any mpg gains yet."

"The Predator is awsome. I noticed an immediate change after installing the tune for my 5.4l, 2002 F-150. Runs like a charm. The instructions are somewhat hard to understand. I guess if you know what your doing there is no problem but I don't. I thought that I had a few different installs for towing and HP but it turned out that this was only for diesels. However, the tune is outstanding and I called DiabloSport for some other self-tuning options and they were very nice. The nice part is that I can switch back and forth between tunes as I see fit (towing or a bit more muscle for the road).I also love the idea of being able to download updates. I have used the online option and it works fine. I would recommend it to everyone I see."

"I installed the DiabloSport Predator Tuner program and for the first 3 or 4 days I was not sure if I liked it. Now after a couple of weeks it is fantastic the shift pattern is much enhance and more power out of the hole. The power is much improved when pulling the big trailer but gas mileage has not improved. That of course could be the fact my foot is slightly heavier than normal with this new and improved performance. Thanks for a great product. I look forward to purchasing other enhancements as I can afford them."

Big Fun

"Once I got past the directions. The device is actually easy to use. It does what it's advertised to do. I ran the 60 HP tune for two weeks. It took the transmission half that time to figure it out, but it did. Great economy for freeway and surprizingly mountain driving. Around town, well, maybe it's my foot. Lots of power, lots of smoke too when you punch it. I don't have a big exhaust yet so I didn't try out the 80 or 100HP tunes. The 40 is in now for towing. Now, those directions: Lots of warnings about pulling fuses, then none of them match the ones described! My truck has an LLY engine. There's a one page supplement for it. Do I pull ONLY the fuses on the supplement or ??? I guessed, it worked. But the directions could be better. It's definately worth the money."

"This tuner works very well. It is easy to use and even the lowest (40hp) tune really "woke up" my LB7. The fuel milage increase alone will pay for the tuner in less than 10K miles."

"Just put the program in, and what a nice difference. Have not had the chance to evaluate any change to gas consumption yet, I immediately felt the pwer boost on the low end, and when I hit the highway, ouch...it kicks. I haven't addanything to the car yet, it's a stage 1 roush with and exhaust mod, and I ordered a cold air intake kit. Should provide lots of fun driving and the power boost will come in real handy when navigating around LI roads."
