Can definitely hear and feel the extra power

"From the moment I first turned the ignition on after the tune I could hear the difference. I then brought it to the street and felt the diffence, especially at higher rpms. Haven't seen the savings in fuel though...even when driving conservitively. that would be the only complaint."

"After installing the predator which took only minutes, I tried it out, I was shocked at how much better my truck performed. Last weekend we towed the boat to the lake at had an increase in gas mileage by 6 mpg. great product."

"I purchased the predator for my 99 a4 Vette. This is a great tuner for the price, and lots of functionality. I notice a severe difference in shift firmness after removing TM. Also allows deletion of rear 02s as well as air tube deletetion. This was very helpful after my header install. Two thumbs up!"

"before i put this chip in i just had a flowmaster exhaust and a dual race strut bar for my car. with the 93 octane tune i could definately feel and here the difference, the car had more throttle off the line and loved to be at high rpms. after messing around with the performance tune the difference from pretty much stock was unbeleivable i could feel a difference of about 30rwhp or more. ive had different chips in my vehicles like sct and superchips but diablosport predator tuner definately knocks them both out of the competition i will only buy diablosport for my vehicles now."

"Car: 2007 Corvette Z06 My main reason for purchasing this unit was to disable the horrid CAGS (Computer Aided Gear Selection) system of my C6 Corvette (which forces you to shift the manual transmission from 1st to 4th at certain RPMs and speeds). This unit can do this through the computer as an option during setup (it doesn't do this by default). As of April 2007, the DiabloSport website reports roughly a 25 hp boost and 20 lb-ft gain in performance with the default program. Though it allows you to do your own rudimentary ECU parameter changes, I'd suggest only experts go so far as to fiddle with most of the tuneable settings other than CAGS disable. Though you can't really feel a 25 hp boost when you have 505 hp to begin with, I have no reason to doubt DiabloSport. It does not disable the exhaust valve system on the Z06, so it is still quiet at low speed and loud when you get into it. I did notice, however, that the engine seemed to run a little smoother at idle. I also haven't noticed a marked difference in fuel economy. These sort of programmers are often said to improve gas mileage. I've heard of 1.5 mpg or so for some people on some cars. I can't say that it's detectable on my car, but it's definitely not a mileage decrease. Installation was extremely easy. If you can program your VCR, you can work this unit. It took roughly 10 minutes to reprogram my Z06 as it doesn't have any of the fuses the manual said to pull from the fuse box temporarily (in order to disable such things as the radio, OnStar, etc. to prevent them draining power from the computer). I suspect this would be the same for a regular C6 Vette as well. The unit also comes with a connection to allow interfacing with a PC in order to download the latest engine tunes to the unit via the Internet. If they find more power in the engine in the future, you can always buy the connection cable and download the new tune into the existing programmer and reflash the computer in your car again at that later date. 2004 Silverado 2500HD 6.0

"We just got back from 900 mile trip and got 3 miles more per gallon. This is with the performance tune installed. There is a noticable acceleration difference also...Seems like the truck just wants to keep accelerating even at 80mph without any problem. Haven't had a chance to try the low octane tune for towing yet, but if the performance tune is any indication it should be a noticable improvement also."

"My 2001 Chevy 2500 HD / 6.0 engine shifts smoother and stronger. I programmed it for 87 octane gasoline just above a ping so that I'd get maximum miles per gallon yet when I put accelerate down the truck takes off like a Corvette. Stan, Titusville, FL"

"2006 F-150 5.4L - Although a little difficult to use, a large array of options and settings. No mileage increase but made a HUGE difference in overall performance in a stock rig. Runs very strong now on regular gasoline. The 5.4 has a lot of potential! Totally took the dog out of my stock turd truck. CONS: Instructions don't match programmer, web site instructions no better"

"over all a great product. I went right for the high octane tune and after more than several tanks of fuel I am getting much better mpg (1.6 average)and much more performance. Not bad for a 2500HD 4wd truck that is loaded all the time.As much as I drive, won't take long for it to pay for it self. Would recommend this tuner over the others as it was suggested to me,so I am glad I choose the Diablo Sport Tuner"

"the $400 was the best money i ever spent. i did the exhaust then the air intake and brakes.it still was not enough for me. i had a highly trained gm guy put a custom program in my c-6 that made it an absolute rocket. does the diablo have the bang for the buck? yes,yes,yes"
