"I got the flashpack tuner installed and there was a definate differnece in power! The 91 octane setting is nice! For fuel economy it is the same. Overall not too bad."

"I purchased this to increase fuel mileage. I programmed it for economy and it has done nothing. The vehicle is getting the same mileage now as it was before. Nothing has changed. I would not recommend this if your are buying it to boost your mileage."

"Although I had a minor issue with trying to update the Tuner via the internet (making sure I had the most UP - TO - DATE program possible...the installation on my Avalanche was easy...and while some other people I know that have said they didn't notice much of a difference...I noticed an immediate change...my MPG didn't budge much, but, I have that Flex Fuel system and it alternates from four to eight cylinders as needed, well my truck seemed to drag on switching modes...now, it switches much, much faster...and my throttle response is ridiculous! I hit the gas, my truck moves! And, the best part, that is just the program for the 87 octane...I still have not tried the higher octane program, since gas prices are a joke. Side note, I also added the Volant cold air system and modified my exhaust a bit, so I don't know if those mod's assisted the program. If you can afford to spend the $400 bucks, spend em'"

"Have an 6.0 diesel F-250 with a lift and no other performance parts. Used the "Performance" setting on FlashPaq so far and had a increse in power when accelerating from stop and passing on road. Did get a 2mpg increse in gas milage so far, but you can't have a heavy foot to get that incease. Very pleased with FlashPaq so far no complaints at all."

"No Help on mileage, noticeable difference in HP and Torque in performance and 87 octane settings. Allows to much RPM in Tow mode, runs 4-5 grand up small inclines pulling 16' enclosed trailer empty... Overall, not very impressed."

"I had the misfortune the trying Hypertech. I could not get it to work at all. The chip from hypertech kept blowing the computer in the truck. I had to replace it 3 times."

"Performance in a flash if you want to take out all the fuses. Had to call tech help line was told I need to remove 4 diffrent fuses for it to work I did not see anything about that prior to purchase. But it does work and provides more power."

"I installed it and noticed instant increase in power. It hasn't done any better for gas mileage. But it might help if I could keep my foot out of the carb. Overall I love it and I like how you can change it to towsafe mode.

"I absolutely LOVE this programmer! It was well worth the money. It added alot of horsepower. I programmed it for the 87 octane but i put 89 octane fuel in it. It works so good and I was able to specially tune it for the specific air intake (BBK). I have it on the Superchips setting and it works great."
