"2008 F150, 5.4 V8, 4X4, I purchased the Edge Evolution and wow what a difference. It was very easy to install, looks great and covers so many important parameters that I have a hard time choosing which to monitor. The Performance increase was immediately noticeable. The throttle response was much quicker and much more aggressive. I haven't ran the performance testing programs yet, but I know from the seat of my pants that it is significant. It turned a sleeping dog into a screaming banshee. Gas mileage has jump almost 2 mpg around town,(13 to 14.9 mpg). I am on level 3 without any personal modifications, just the default settings. I haven't checked the high way yet, but I am sure that I will be pleased their too. I also have a K&N KIPT kit and Flomaster Muffler. I am really impressed and would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a real value for your dollar, instead of snake oil. Don, Bakersfield, California"

"I bought the edge evolution hoping to increase both the power and the fuel mileage. It definitely increases the power, but I have not run it long enough to tell about the miles per gallon. I tow a trailer, so I am anxious to pull in the tow setting."

"What a diffence it makes in performance. The tranny mode makes the truck much more pleasurable to drive with nice crisp shifts. Tow & Performance modes give the performance a tremendous increase. The ability to monitor specific modes is great. Well worth the money"

"Great product! The Evolution programmer looks almost factory on my dash and the installation was a breeze. I think it took me 25 minutes to install it and another 5 minutes to program the truck. My f-150 has gotten much more aggresive and shifts much firmer. I would definetly recommend this product."

"Extremely easy to install. Excellent fit and finished. My instructions were out of date. The hex number no longer shows up on the initial set-up, but is available elsewhere in the programmer. I particularly like the ease of access to the programmer features. Many electronic devices have their features so imbedded under arcane titles that access is difficult and time consuming thereby, forcing one to keep notes or instructions. Good product!!!"

"I had the unit installed two days before driving from Denver to Seattle towing 6000 pounds. I had the Edge in the Tow / Haul mode for a day and then decided to put it back to stock to see if I got better MPG. After 30 miles, I pulled over and switched back to Tow / Haul... Damn the MPG, the power and firm shifts were amazing! I hate it took this long to purchase my Edge!"

"I have a 2008 2500 duramax 4X4. I use it for pulling big loads. I have a hay business and I pull a 39' travel trailer. As for the programmer it's Easy install, easy to program. Lots of power. Love the millage I get. I started out by getting 19 to 20 on Hwy now I getting 24 to 25 if I can keep my foot out of it."

"I installed my programmer very quickly. I has given me a little pickup. I also get better gas mileage like 1-2mpg on economy setting. The only real problem I have is with the programmer software. It isnt working too well. everything else is working well."

"I had larger Pro Comp wheels and tires installed which slowed the truck a great deal as well as threw the speedometer off by at least 5mph. With the Edge set on "performance" was able to recover power plus some. Also inputing tire circumference corrected the speedometer. I've recommended this product to coworkers with gas @ diesel trucks alike."

"My truck has never been a fast one, with the smaller V8 and the low gear ratio. Once putting this programmer on, the difference is very noticeable. It starts much faster and there is less downshifting when going over an overpass. The gauges are a huge plus allowing me to see multiple parameters at a quick glance and customize the location and the parameter. Well worth the money for myself."

"Installed the Edge Evo a week ago. The install was only tricky when mounting the dash pod- it was tough to get it to lay flush and I'll have to spray paint it since it came in grey (my dash is black). As for the unit itself I was impressed at the overall improvement in performance right out of the gate. I set it to Level 4 and haven't looked back since. It even woke up my Gibson Extreme cat-back exhaust system giving it more of a growl even under normal driving conditions. Looking to get an improved air intake system to complete the performance upgrade."

"i have a f150 4.6 and with edge i got my f150 to run a 5.8 sec. in the 0-60 test and a 12.97 in 1/4 mile test on 93oct and aem intake with a mageflow ex."

"The Edge Evo. is a product that will breathe new life back into your Truck. I had ordered the Edge Evo. because I was changing out my gears, I thought I was going to install 410's from the OE 355's, but when I installed the Edge Evo. Man O' Man did it come alive, I had orederd everything on the same day. And the Evo. came first through this website which seems it took about day. So I went out and installed it which was very simple I took my truck for a test drive. And when I got back in from the test drive I changed my order to a smaller gears to 373's instead of the 410's. Because for my personal driving habits, I think the 410's would have been a bit much. This product will also put a very large smile on your face."

"this thing is awesome.I put it in my truck with regular 87 fuel and it did good. but when I put the 93 octane fuel wow!!! it made a big diffrence in my truck. its just a i gotta have product. ive told some people what it did to my truck and they want to git one now."

"Was exited to finally be able to get this shipping was very fast once ordered was a breeze to install. Overall happy with it but there needs to be another tune on it for mileage I am new to the world of computer tuning so I want to stick with the preset tunes for now but I have noticed that the tow tune is better for city mpg and the performance is best for the highway. Very easy to use tell it to do the program you want change the settings that you would like to then it will reprogram in a few seconds if you don’t like it you can change back to your last program in a few more seconds. I love the display I had originally bought this just for the mpg increase but have found that the various function displays is very nice. I have not seen a dramatic increase in mpg overall but there is a definite power increase. Love this programmer but if it is strictly mpg based look around some more first, or if it is for power get this!"

"For daily driving in the level 2 mode I have seen about a .5 to 1 mpg increase in gas milage. The downshifts at WOT will put your head back in teh seat. I was not to thrilled about it though when I hooked up to the camper, I can pull it on stock at 65mph around 2500 rpm, but with the tow mode on it tried to keep it around 3500 to 4200 rpm swithching back and forth from 3rd to 4th gear. I like the look I only wish it came in several colors to choose from. The mounting pod is black and I have tan interior."

"I purchased this for my Ford F-150. It makes a welcomed and in my opinion necessary improvement in driveability of the truck. Transmission shifts more deliberate (not hard), acceleration greatly improved, and MPG goes up. Made me wonder why Ford does not program the CPU from the factory that way. I run my programmed using option 2. The programmer is a bit pricey but buying on sale at Auto Anything and just the overall improvement in acceleration and mpg makes it worth the money. I had a cold air intake on the truck with spacer plate which did nothing, in fact I felt it hurt performance. To install the programmer I removed the cold air intake as per Edges Tech Service. No regrets with the programmer. Highly recommended."

"Definitely delivered what was promised. Significant improvement in acceleration, shifting, and power. Especially noticed 2-3 transmission range, torque curve was much broader through both gears, with good throttle response. Installation with rubber gasket was a bit tricky, the module fit was very tight. Try using some silicon spray just around the inside face of the gasket. Overall a great product with better than expected results."

"awesome product!! this programmer does everything, the custom options make it nice for any driver.went straight to level three and havn't looked back! my truck threw a DTC code and just like edge said it picked it up right away, fixed the problem good as new. still a tad expensive, but defanately worth every penny, not only does it make your truck run like a bat outta hell but it will help maintain a good running condition. highly recommend this product"
