it looks like it is a factory install with the mounting pod. I have had it on the truck for 500 miles and it has really woke up the 5.4. I have noticed more lower end pulling power and have picked up 1 to 2 mpg on my drive to work which is 20 miles round trip. I have the tow program installed which seems to make the truck shift a lot better and hold top gear and speed longer on hills. I live in north central Ar. so there are a lot of hills.

I purchased the Edge Evolution Programmer to replace my Diablo because of the display and I thought it was a better programmer. I have not put a lot of miles on my truck since the install but I have seen my mileage drop compared to my other programmer. I ran my Diablo in the towe mode and the Edge does not produce the same amount of power in that mode. Overall it is ok I just wish it helped with the mileage more.

Overall I am satisfied. It was easy to install and looks almost stock. Level one felt like the truck has better shift points. Level 2 is my favorite, I could feel the additional getty-up-and-go and I am averaging 1mpg better, probable would be more, if I could lay off. I did not test level 3 much, it scared me with how hard it shifted, it felt like it was going to drop my tranny or rip my rear-end out. I have an 7,500 lb travel trail that I tow, which is the main reason I bought it.

Nice improvement for the price. Really easy to install. I got a new truck. I wonder what is gonna happen when i will install my new cold air intake and body trottle because the company claims that it's not recommanded.
