After looking for weeks and reading blogs and chat dialog after chat dialog I decided on the Hyperpac. I'm glad I did! Very impressed with this unit. Easy to install and noticed the difference in POWER instantly! Only will the until was a little smaller and could be mounted in a better place.

Well the tunes throw codes on my 1999 f250 7.3 . It has erratic acceleration in tune 2. It honestly makes me feel like its gonna do damage to the motor. Throws code P1211 which is air in fuel , and P1249 wastegate fail .... When I called hypertech they said it was common w the 7.3?!?!?! Seemed very uninformed on product. The unit does have large amounts of ways to monitor all kinds of different vital temps and pressure for ur diesel . Just tunes are a lot left to be desired.

My newly purchased 2006 Mustang GT had several non OEM items installed and it failed emissions. The dealer reset my computer. After that my car drove and handled awful. I got the HyperPAC and plugged it in, then wow. I was able to reset my Cold Air intake, the oversized tires, the higher gear ratios, tune for regular gas and then it determined my o2 was bad. Wish they would add better display and design, looks dated. Also AC for price AC adapter should be included for PC hookup.

Changed gears and tires and the speedometer was off but the hyperpac put it right back on the money. Didn't notice anything with the added power. But love the gauges an awesome add on to the truck.

The hypertech hyperpac is great. it is very easy to use and to install. just plug it in and follow the on screen instructions. it moitors a good bit of stuff and the gauges work great. It has alot of different gauge settings. the programer is good. It gave my truck extra power. there is a little bit of smoke on the first setting and a good bit of smoke on the third setting! the only bad thing is that it takes a few minites to cange the power settings. but it a good programer for beginners.

Hi Paul, Hypertech programmers give you the option of either completely disabling AFM or enjoying a tune designed to improve the driveability of AFM.

Thanks to the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act: US Code – Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312, your vehicle’s factory warranty is protected by law when you add aftermarket parts, programmers included. Check it out here: Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.

With this programmer, does the capability exist to reprogram my Tahoe to NOT recognize the fact that i have removed my "secondary air injection" system? Can I disable that trouble code so it doesn't appear? Thank you for your time, John
