I was most impressed by how fast it tunes your vehicle and goes back to stock in a matter of 4 minutes I mainly purchased it to eliminate my DOD it works I used the 91 octane tune and removed my speed limiter I tried both firm and hard shift mode which makes a big difference but I use normal shift because there are stories about my transmissions reliability my gas mileage is crappy with or without DOD it always says avg milage is 18.9

I bought the tuner 2 weeks ago and still waiting to use it. I have a 08 gmc vortec max and the update you have to do to them didn't have my vehicle in it, so I'm patiently waiting for the update if not soon its going back.

Bought this to disable the AFM on a 2007 suburban, easy to use even if you are not too technical. Worked great, installed the 87 octane tune and modified to disable DOD (AFM). Also firmed up trans shifts and took the top speed limiter off. If you are lookinjg to disable your AFM this does it easily!

Great little tuner By Diablo. Touch screen is a little finicky but overall I'm very happy with the product. It came with a quick guide but a full manual is available online. I gave it 4 stars based on the fact that I could not find any instruction regarding each tunable option. The Diablo tune already on the unit is quite impressive for a canned tune all the while I gained 3 mpg on city driving. I would definitely getting a Diablew custom tune to make the most of this unit.

I would definitely say noticeable fuel and horsepower gain but idk if its worth $400 I say $200. Great product though very easy to use. Make sure you let it update first. It takes like 4 hours to update but afterwards it's good to go.

this tuner is easy to use and it literally transforms you car within minutes to a super charged rocket! my high output turbo has never worked smoother nor more powerfully than when the tuner was installed. outstanding value.

Looking for a review on the inTune for a 3.7 GMC I have a Canyon and was looking to buy a tuner. Talked to inTune fokes and they said there are alot reviews for the 3.7, however i can not find them.
Answered by Nathan S. — Jan 14, 2013 8:15 AM
Hi, We have had customers who have purchased the inTune from us but have not left reviews. We get the programmers from DiabloSport, but in fact, are not them. I can however tell you that the inTune uses the same programming from the Predator tuner with a few added features and makes a substantial difference on the Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon.

I have a 2012 Camaro, 2008 Mustang and a 2003 Silverado. I know that the InTune will work with all three, but my question is, can I use this one device to tune all three, leaving the tune on each vehicle? Or, if I tune one vehicle, do I need to return it to stock before I can tune another vehicle?
Answered by Anonymous — Jan 02, 2013 4:36 PM
You need to return vehicle to stock tune & "un-marry" the vehicle before tuning another vehicle.

what is the difference between the DiabloSport inTune Tuner and the DiabloSport Trinity programmer other than prices... i just want better proformance and speed. im farely new to programmers but i was told that diablo was the best.
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Sep 06, 2012 3:52 PM
Hello Chris. The DiabloSport Trinity supports custom tuning, multi-level tuning and end-user adjustable parameters, while the inTune is pre-loaded tunes for various octane and power levels—no custom tune required. So, both with yield results in power, but the Trinity gives you more custom control, and the inTune is already programmed for your vehicle, but may not bring out as much power. Thank you for your question.

Will the diablo sport tuner void my warranty?
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Aug 10, 2012 5:20 PM
Hey Lance. None of the programmers, exhaust, and intakes we sell will void your warranty. If a car dealer is telling you this, you can tell them that the Magnuson Moss law protects you against any dealer who wants to void your warranty because you buy an aftermarket performance product. The dealer has to prove that the item you bought damaged your vehicle. This is a Federal Law that protects you and it is posted on our web site. Thank you for your question.

ok it works for 02 gt mustang but i also have a 99 4.2 f150 will it work for both my vehicles?
Answered by Nathan S. — Aug 09, 2012 4:18 PM
Hi Casey, It looks like the DiabloSport inTune does not offer tuning for the 1999 4.2L F-150 and would prevent you from using the programmer on the truck. Most programmers will also have a built in feature called "VIN locking" which will prevent you from programming a second vehicle until you remove the tune from the first. Also, make sure that the programmer supports the intended vehicle, as some programmers may only function for specific applications.

i have a programmer it dont have no instructions of what most of the codes mean.all i needs is to shut off my limiter so my truck want shut down at 99mph.
Answered by Nathan S. — Jul 27, 2012 12:13 PM
The codes listed in the programmer are diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's) which are generic across vehicles sold in the united states after 1997. These codes will be listed in the programmer when your check engine light turns on and you connect the unit. Adjustment of the top speed limiter (if offered for your truck) would be listed as an adjustable feature in your programmer's menu. Some manufacturers will not allow adjustment due to safety concerns.

How would you describe a tune? I need to justify the cost of this to my girlfriend and I'm trying to explain a tune.
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jun 29, 2012 8:26 AM
The tune is a program stored in your vehicle’s onboard computer or Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The PCM controls everything happening in your engine, like fuel delivery, spark, timing, transmission, etc. The tune simply tells the computer what to do, and therefore tells your engine how to react under the given driving situation.

Is this safe for my vehicle? What about my warranty?
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jun 28, 2012 10:55 AM
Yes, it’s safe. Diablo has been manufacturing tuners for years and has a great reputation. Just take a look at all the user reviews, you can see how pleased everyone is with the tuner. As far as your warranty, thanks to the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act: US Code – Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312, your vehicle’s factory warranty is protected by law when you add aftermarket parts, programmers included. Check it out here: Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.

I checked the Diablosport.com web site and it indicated that the new I1000 works for all Corvettes from 1999 -2012. Your website says 2010-2012. Do you carry the newer model that covers the earlier Corvettes (mine is a 2004 LS1)? Thanks for your support.

I read some banter on the Diablo forum and people were wondering back in December if the TCM programming would be included in the Intune. Diablo said it would "really soon". I'd like an answer from someone other than the company that makes them, and the probable seller for me. Will the Intune presently let me tune the TCM variables, transmission, etc? I'd like to know before I lay down the bread.
