Your Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep is not a Prius. Where the wheezing of hybrid acceleration is acceptable to those who fill their rear window with stuffed animals, you own rough–and–tumble American iron with one thing in mind—burning rubber. For you, a real hybrid is a mixture of right foot and floorboard. But, for reasons unknown, factory programming turns the mighty Hemi, and unstoppable Jeep, into weenie city cars suitable for hauling groceries. Now, for Hemi and Jeep owners, the wait for better performance is finally over.
Living up to its name, the Hypertech Interceptor hijacks the factory programming and corrects it in real–time. The result is an immediate boost in horsepower, torque, throttle response and fuel economy. Installation is quick, easy and leaves your diagnostic port open.
Whether you’re tearing up the streets or bounding over boulders, the Hypertech Interceptor is your key to unlocking your ride’s true potential. And, to ensure the fun never ends, the Interceptor is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

IMO, it does not work as advertised. My car is actually slower with the Interceptor installed. I used a fair comparison with DA corrected times from the drag strip on back to back days to prove it. Technical support really doesn't have any answers and is slow to respond. In my experience, you will get a little throttle boost (makes the car "feel" faster) and a couple of tenths better gas mileage, if you're lucky.

I was skeptical of how this simple product could improve the performance and gas mileage of my 5000lb+ SUV. After initial installation I immediately noticed improved throttle response. After going thru a tankful of gas mileage per gallon was up 2 mpg. The power is much better thru the midrange and top end. A Great Improvement over the stock feel. Worth every penny!

I installed both the Hypertech Interceptor Tuner and a K&N free-flowing, cold air intake kit at the same time on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8. Throttle response immediately improved, as did the 1-2 shift due to the Interceptor. Overall power is up resulting in tenth drop in my ad-hoc 0-60 time tests. The K&N intake produces a richer, louder engine sound when you go deep into the throttle while it's just as quiet as before when cruising. Both products are good values! AutoAnything delivered fast!
