"At first seemed like it was going to be hard to install,but was not to bad. Did call the help line and somewas there to answer my questions, with out having to be on hold. Tha cool down timer works great, big help when pulling 15,000 lbs. trailer."

"love the cool down timer very easy to install i use my truck to pull very heavy loads and its nice to be able to lock truck and go inside and have engine cool down and turn off by itself without worry off damaging turbo charger or other parts"
