after finally getting someone to answer the phone at diablo that person exceeded my expectations his work was awesome and afterwards my predator finally works correctly after 6 years  auto  anything's service as always is second to none

After looking for this product on many websites, I found this website to have it for the cheapest price. The product works well and is really easy to use. The only things I do not like are the length of the computer cable (which is really short) and that it kind of expensive for only two chords. At least this is the cheapest that I found it. Overall, this product works well with my DSP and shipping was quick. I would recommend this to anyone that has a DSP so they can upload/download tunes easily.

Installed the DiabloSport Predator with factory sport tune on my Corvette.  Works outstanding - haven't felt the need to customize the tune yet, but may install a performance exhaust system that may require some tweaking later on.

U172.  Very easy to install.  Entered the 87 octane performance tune into my 2005 V10 Excursion.  Unable to determine the effects sice it was just installed.  Unit lacks documentation on the operations,  I am not sure what each tune will do and what is involved in a custom tune.  
I am somewhat disappointed to learn that there is not a tune for towing for the gas engines.  That was one of the reasons I bought the tuner.

i don't think it's very compatible with a windows 7 operating computer system.   i've also tryed on windows xp and had some other problems.  supplied disc is for what?  but i will keep trying until sucessful.

I purchased this cable to be able to download Predator software updates.  It is basically a plug and play item.  No issues with shipping.  The kit came in an inner and outer shipping box, so good protection.  The kit worked the first time out of the box.  I had my Predator updated in a matter of minutes.  Thanks.
