Did not notice hardly any change in performance all I got out of it was a check engine light. I removed it and then cleared the code for the flex fuel line

I love my Jet Performance Module !!

The Jet module is everything it is supposed to be.Took about about 10 minutes to install.I can feel the added throttle response & extra power throughout the rpm range.Fuel mileage is up by 1 mpg.Great product.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME this chip is unsafe!!!!!!

I put this chip in the day I got it. I drove the truck around to see if there was more power, and was very upset. The truck had no performance increase, the mileage went down about 7 mpg and the truck seemed sluggish. I left the chip in for a few days to check if the truck just needed to get used to it. I had to drive about 90 miles to go back to school about four days after installing the chip. I made it about twenty miles and the voltage meter, which had been riding at about 11-12 since I installed the chip, started to fall until my truck stopped running in the middle of the highway.I got off the highway and luckily had the tools to take the chip out because it was snowing and 45 mph wind gusts. once the chip was out the truck started up and the voltage meter showed 15 volts as per normal. I tried the chip in the truck four subsequent times and every time the voltage meter went down to 11, and back up to 15 when I took it out. don't buy this chip it could cost you more than the outrageous $250 price you pay.

It is hard to find anything to help out a 2.2 S10 and this is one of the few items out there. Once it was put on I could tell a huge difference in just the way the motor ran. Acceleration was quicker and smother, and I found I need to set the cruse just to go around town. I have done some mods to my truck and this just puts the icing on the cake!! This is a must- have for anyone with a 2.2, it's also the only module out there!

I installed this on my 99s10 2.2 auto tranny. Very good quality, and easy straight forward installation. This is probably the best HP for your money bolt on upgrade. I had to make a drive accross 8 states with a small trailer, and needd the extra hp/tune and was very impressed. Refined the shift points in the tranny, and made the most noteable difference at the 2500+rpm range. Overall 5 of 5 stars. Worth the money!

The chip was fairly easy to install if you have a torque wrench. Make sure you torque it down to factory spec or lights will come on the dash and gas gauge may not work right. Once torqued down it works great, better mileage and horsepower and with the price of gas where it is it should pay off in no time.

I know you can't expect a whole lot out of the 2.2 4cyl. But the Jet Performance Module certainly helped the performance. The truck certainly accelerates much better, runs smoother, and overall much better. The gas mileage dropped slighltly, but the acceleration difference makes it worth it.
