Jet Performance Module Part #80628 Customer Reviews

I had a little trouble hooking up the factory harness to the module there is a dust cover that had to be adjusted but after that everything went right on. I noticed that the throttle response and power was much improved making the truck really fun to drive. I think that I will get better gas mileage if I can keep my foot out of the gas. Best money I have spent on a performance part.

Installed Stage 1 module in my 2008 F150. I already have a K&N cold air box and Gibson Super Truck Exhaust. Made a noticeable difference in throttle response and shift points. Have not towed with it yet so I can't comment on power, torque, etc...

Good product, fast shipping, good results more power lower RPM's a little better gas mileage. I like it for the plug and play ease. Thanks Autoanything.

The module was simple to install took me about 5 minutes. So far I have seen an increase in Gas Milage by 1 gpm. I can feel the horse power as soon as I installed, the day after installation I pulled my trailer with my Rhino and I could not even tell it was back there. I am very pleased with this module.

Read a bunch of reviews and it took me a year to purchase... Miles Per Gallon went up 1 mpg and also felt better shifting which brought more power. Great Product.

This module is probably OK for the money (Gas Saving equivalent of 2 Litres per 100 KM) but it is certainly not made for F250. In order to install it, the protective steel bracket securing the harnesses connected to the Main Computer Module of the truck has to be removed. After doing that, the Jet Module feels not very well secured in place, nevertheless, the engine heat affects the casing and heats it up too much. I franky had to take it out to avoid possible melt down of the Jet Module casing.

PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE JET PERFORMANCE CHIP ON MY 2009 F-150 LARIAT, I WAS AVERAGING 17.9 MILES PER GALLON, SINCE INSTALLING IT. MY FIRST TANK FULL OF GAS AVERAGED 16.2 MPG. YOU DO THE MATH.

So far I've seen great low and mid range pick-up and better fuel mileage, about 1 mpg so far with only one tank through the truck.
