We were so happy with the performance of our 1st Hypertech unit on our '03 GMC DuraMax that I ordered another one the very day I bought a 'new to me' '04 Silverado DuraMax last month. The improvement in fuel mileage and horsepower exceeded expectations. AutoAnything Customer Service Dept was easily as amazing as the product. Thanks for everything!

not sure at first

Easy downloading of level 2. Took a 500 highway mile trip didn't notice increase in power and only .5mpg was expecting more.

Pay for itself?

when fuel got up close to $5 a gallon I purchased this hoping to get more mpg.s well I did while towing my motorcycle trailer (9 feet tall and 7 feet wide X 14 feet long) I went from 9.5 mpg to 14 mpg. at 65-70 with no wind. 12-13 when in the wind. on program level 2. Don't think that I will use level 3 at all. It sure made my truck haul a$$ but felt like it was beating the snot out of my $5000 transmission! I only use the truck on weekends for racing so we will see how it fairs.

Really disappointed me I thought it would raise the top speed governor. Really couldn't tell an improvement in fuel economy. One good thing was that it did correct speedometer for larger than stock size
