this was a great addition with the over size injectors, coldair kit and after market air cooler, but my mileage stayed the same right at 23mpg which is what i got before, but it feels like twice the power now and can turn the tires just like my mustang so i was impressed

Display can be a bit hard to read in low light. Very simple to operate. Supposed to provide 100 extra HP, but I am not certain it is that dramatic an improvement. Definitly better mileage from it.

Deffinately has more power than the old hypertech on stage 3. On the old trucks many of the adjustments aren't available, shift points, rev limiter, top speed limiter and the cooling fan. Only adjusts up to 34inch tires which I have and it is more accurate than the original. Some dtc's are popping up,P0603 nothing to worry about said the guy a 4wheel parts but I'm not through playing with it. It shifts firmer, but not harsh and stage 3 is fun and does'nt feel abusive. Bet it's really great on the newer trucks with all the more adjustments to play with. I can't see spending twice as much on some of the other brands. Also, Autoanything had the best price I found and it showed up on my doorstep the next day with out paying to over night it, it's like they knew I would be ordering it.

outstanding

2000 F250 stock except programmer. Tuner set at level 2 and mileage improved by 2.5 - 3mpg on first two fill-ups. Can't wait to see how it does when I hook up my trailer.

Great upgrade

I was very skeptical to buy one of these programers. After much research I bought the Hypertech. I have to say that its a breath of fresh performance that I needed. I went with stage 2 as a medium compromise. I get 3 more miles per gallon on the highway and notice much better acceleration when I press the pedal down. I have a k and n air intake which also helped. Its very easy to install. I am very satisfied. Mike Va.

Hoped for more. Nowhere near disappointed

While I had hoped for a little better MPG, I am very impressed with the power gains I have gotten. After setting up my truck on level 3, I quickly found out what I had been missing in the power department. The only 'problem' I have come across, is NOT trying to see just how much HP level 3 adds.
