I bought this for my 06 jeep grand cherokee with the 3.7 V6. it has a 2 in lift and bigger tires (31's, i didnt want to go too big since its my daily). i bought the programmer mainly for tire size calibration for my speedometer, but i was pleasantly surprised by the performance increase from the tunes. great power increase across the RPM range, throttle response is instant (i also have an injen cold air intake), its no race car but its a nice addition. MPG's increased also. only con is price

I should have ordered this deal long time ago! My truck runs better than ever. Hypertech max energy programmer is worth the money and you can't go wrong.

I installed a cold air intake along with this program and was hoping for an increase in performance, but l am pleasantly surprised at how much more power and throttle response my engine has gained. And I'm getting an extra 50 miles per tank of gas (almost 2 miles/gallon) I'd recommend this programmer to anyone.

Huge difference in my 4.7 Grand cherokee...woke it up! this thing runs and gained 2 mpg in fuel economy. Only reason I rated ease of installation low was because I haD TO WASTE 15 mins updating it on my pc. for the amount of money I paid it should be pre updated. and its a bit pricey.

Recent install-instruction were excellent, appears to provide more power on takeoff. To early to estimate MPH gains. Met all claims from manufacture.

Programmer had to be updated but otherwise easy to install. I've noticed some slight pinging at part throttle and engine knock at full throttle. I am going to contact Hypertech and see what they say about that. Fuel economy is better but may need to run premium fuel. If you are considering this product carefully read there web site about model specific features. For example unless it mentions shift firmness or adjustable shift points you are going to have the stock settings for an A/T.

Bought this Hypertech Programmer for my 2006 Dodge Ram. One of the BEST investments I ever made! This programmer isn't as fancy as the others but its the only one that has a lifetime warranty. All the others only come with a 1 year. I set it on the regular gas programming and noticed the difference in mpg and horsepower immediately. Really brings your engine alive! Just plug it in, follow the directions on the screen and in about 15 minutes its done. Highly recommended and worth your money!!
