Hypertech programmer is very simple to hookup and use. Easy instructions displayed while installing. Very happy with it and definitely recommend it.

i pull a 38' fifth wheel . I was getting 17 mpg after programming the Hypertech Max On program two I went to 21.3 mpg at 65 mph . Without pulling I was getting 22.1 mpg at 70 mph . I programmed the Hypertech to program 3 and I went to 25.5 mpg at 70 mph . And the power is there pulling or not pulling . I'm happy with this program .

I am not sure if it is worth the price yet or not, the truck always had enough power pulling with the HO diesel. Was looking for better fuel mileage pulling. Seems to get about two miles to the gallon better without pulling, according to the computer, but haven't actually figured it up yet, and I don't usually drive it without the trailer. Going to try different modes and see what happens. I can't really say I am disappointed, but maybe I expected too much. Was really interested in fuel mileage increase rather than more power.

installed the Hypertech Max Energy Programmer the day I received the programmer. I have noticed better fuel mileage and power with just the truck. I have not had my 30' 5th wheel hooked to the truck as of yet can't say what it will do pulling. I'm sure it will do better just the way it runs empty. I got 22 mpg on my last tank of fuel just local running.
