Bully Dog Triple Dog GT Tuner (49-State Legal) Reviews

Reviewed By David A (Brevard, NC) Reviewed for a 2007 GMC Sierra —3/15/2012 4:59 PM

The easiest thing I have ever installed on a vehicle. Had it for two weeks not sure about better fuel economy yet, if it is better its not by much but there is a big difference in power. I also added a volant cold air intake with ram air scoop and magnaflow exhaust and wow its like a whole different truck. Overall I am happy with the triple dog tuner and would recommend it

This product has been a very great addition. It is very easy to install and allows you to make performance enhancing adjustments very quickly. Added a great amount of HP on my truck using the EXTREME setting coupled with PowerAID throttle body spacer, RBP cold air intake and Magnaflow exhaust. I am very pleased with this programmer and would recommend it to anyone else.

DiabloSport inTune I-1000 Tuner Reviews

Great tuner, awesome canned tunes.

I would rate "Excellent" - however, let me explain why I can't. The device looks like an iPhone, but it has the weight and feel of a cheaply made plastic device, not the heavy duty weight and feel of a good quality iPhone or Android type phone. Ok, other than the cheap plasticy feel of the device, it works great. Plug it into your computer, and it updates itself automatically from Diablosport's website with the latest tunes and updates. Plug it into your vehicle, load the tune up, and you're good to go. Very easy. The best thing about it is defeating some (most) of the torque management that GM builds into their factory tunes, and also being able to disable AFM (Displacement on Demand) - that stupid 8 cylinder to 4 cylinder mode. That ALONE is worth buying this device. So while I can't give it a 10 out of 10; it would certainly rate a solid 8 or 9. If Diablosport would upgrade the device's case and make it a heavy duty metal or lightweight alloy, similar to the iPhone - then it would be a 10 out of 10.
