Active fuel management Range

Installed on 2010 5.7l Suburban, Engine was re-piston and ringed by GM. Abnormal oil consumption was the issue. Dealer service recommended this device and changing oil every 3K. I am now seeing no oil loss at 3K. As indicated on Dash engine stays in v-8 mode as it should with this device. Shipping was quick. Very Satisfied****

2010 Chevrolet Suburban Z71 Increase in power!!

Reviewed By Jesse G (Marble, PA) Reviewed for a 2010 Chevy Suburban —2/19/2011 9:08 AM

I first hooked it up and only changed the tuning for regular fuel. With that I did not notice much. So I chnged each shift point to +500 and the rev limit up to 6500 along with the tuning for regular fuel, then I got a 30mph increase in the same distance from starting out and it looks like I'm getting better fuel economy as well from the mileage to gauge ratio. I won't be for sure until next fuel up but I really like this tool.

Works great. Monitors trans temp and other useful things using the xgauge feature. Plug and play for the most part. Needs calibration to give you accurate fuel readings.
