Excellent product

I bought this PCM mainly for the mileage gains and it has helped somewhat. I don't have an exact figure for it but I have been able to squeeze more from my tank. This product really shines in the performance aspect. When driving normally, shift-shock is almost non-existent, and at full throttle, shifts are firmer and a power gain is very noticeable. The ride as a whole is much smoother, and has noticeably more torque across the RPM range. I highly recommend this product.

2004 DODGE DURANGO 5.7. HEMI

Reviewed By RONALD B (Katy, TX) Reviewed for a 2004 Dodge Durango —9/16/2009 12:09 PM

IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME -OVER 5 YEARS THAT I HAD MY DURANGO ,BUT I HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING UP TO THIS POINT THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE PERFORMANCE THAT IS HIDDEN IN ALL OF THESE HEMI'S. ACCELERATION, SHIFT POINTS, ARE ALL INCREASED MAKING THAT HEAVY OLD SUV REALLY GET OFF THE LINE VERY FAST! I'M IMPRESSED AND HOPE THAT FURTHER REFINEMENTS ARE IN THE WORKS TO GET EVEN MORE PERFORMANCE OUT OF THAT ENGINE - THANKS - DR. RON

A little disappointed...

Reviewed By Michael K (Savage, MN) Reviewed for a 2004 Dodge Durango —5/4/2009 8:41 PM

A little disappointed in the lack of "tuning options". Apparently for the 2004 Durango with 5.7 Hemi, you are only able to program for 87/92 octane, rev limiter increase of +500 RPM, and change vehicle max speed limiter. I was REALLY hoping for shift point & firmness adjustment. Also noticed that after I'm done programming, I now have a P0000 code that will NOT go away... check engine light is always on, but it's just this single code. :\ Overall, I'm satisfied, but a little disappointed.
