"Install was easy in my 2005 Hemi Ram Daytona. Mid range performance has improved without sacrificing fuel economy." —Frank P from Pueblo West, CO bought a Jet Performance Module for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"The Flashpaq which I purchased from AutoAnything has been great so far. I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 with the Cummins engine, 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires. There is a much larger increase in power than I expected in both tow and performance modes. Fuel mileage alone has made a great difference. Fuel mileage inmproved by 3 to 4 miles per gallon." —Laquanna D from Lavernia, TX bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"I own an 05 RAM with a HEMI I just thought that I had a lot of power before holy #$%& was I wrong. All I have to say is that anyone who bought one of these Superchips Tuners and said it did nothing for their HEMI is full of #$%&. Or they did not spend the money to install dual exhaust and a cold air filter system ... only then can the HEMI breathe well enough to handle the power boost the tuner adds. Not to mention better gas mileage ... why oh why did I wait so long to buy this product. Love it go buy one NOW." —William B from Cocoa, FL bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"ordering made easy! it was at my house within a couple of days the install went very smooth an a noticeable jump in performance." —Peter B from Rock Springs, WY bought a Jet Performance Module for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"I originally had a Hypertech Power Programmer 3, but after gaining 0 hp and 0 mpg, it was a waste of money. The only thing it allowed me to do was change tire sizes, raise the top speed limiter to 128, and raise the rev limiter 500 rpm more. The Superchips Cortex Programmer on the other hand actually works. You can feel a difference and it gives you better options. You can raise the rev limiter to 6300 rpm, top speed limiter to 140 mph, adjust the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts at wide open throttle (factory shift points are at 5800 rpm this allows you to change it to 6100 rpm for 1-2 shift and 6000 rmp for 2-3 shift), and change the speedometer for different tire sizes. The biggest thing I notice is how much firmer it shifts, and my low and mid range power has increased. I also bout a Corsa Sport exhaust system with Y pipe and a AEM bruteforce cold air intake. It really wakes up my 5.7 making it even easier to turn over the tires. I haven't had a chance yet to notice any fuel mileage gains, due to the fact that I've been rodding my truck around because I enjoy the loud exhaust note from the sport exhaust. I would highly recommend anyone with a 5.7 hemi to buy this programmer, I think it's well worth the money." —James C from Spearfish, SD bought a Superchips Cortex Programmer for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"I installed this tuner on my '05 Hemi Ram 1500. WOW it made my truck run like a real HEMI should run. Pulls very hard in second gear and low RPM's. Would definately recommend this product." —Corey H from Frankton, IN bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"I was a little disappointed with my programmer. The description did not adequately explain what features would be available for my 2005 Ram 1500. When I installed the programmer, to my disappointment, there were only 3 things I could adjust - even though the programmer is capable of adjusting 9 others on different year models. I have gained some horsepower, but not quite what I thought I'd gain, and my fuel consumption hasn't been impacted, despite driving over 1,000 highway miles since installation." —David C from Marysville, CA bought a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"Easy install... too early to tell if mileage or performance has chaanged...." —Kevin S from Shrewsbury, MA bought a Bully Dog Triple Dog GT Tuner (49-State Legal) for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"Immediately after install, first 50ft I could tell the difference, much much more get up and go. Very noticible increase in power, but not much change in MPG. Easy install, just unplug one of 4 wiring harnesses from the ECU and stick the module on it and then plug it back in. The harness clicked securely onto the module, but the module didnt completely secure to the ECU so zip ties needed to be used to keep it in place, but otherwise the easiest install of all my mods, 10mins max." —Eric A from Tucson, AZ bought a Jet Performance Module for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab Diesel w/ 35x12.50 Tires under a 6" lift. The programmer was very easy to install. At first I did not think it was shifting right, but that may be because I had not set my Bully Dog Outlook Monitor properly. I have not had the chance to tell of any more Power yet, but I have increased my fuel economy which is what I was looking for. I averaged between 14/15 MPG before. After my first Tank of Fuel, I averaged 18 MPG, my second Tank 19.6. I am now on my third and am around 20. Granted, I am not stomping on it every chance I get at take off, but I do 80+ MPH on the Highway regularly." —Bradley G from Hedgesville, WV bought a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
"If you want to use it for performance this tuner is the way to by allowing to adjust shift points, SO, tire size and record data. It's a no go for a gas saver, but it would helpful in determining a problem I had with my vehicle." —Brody K from Houston, TX bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2005 Dodge Ram.
