"this thing is the best money ive spent on this truck.this is a crew cab 4x4 f250 with 5.4 gas burner, the truck was a dog before the super chips tuner would down shift going up small hills not even pulling anything, now will run 80mph on interstate without down shifting at all.and now has lots of low end torque.its like driving another truck.i would buy this again, well worth the money!!" —Matthew R from Theodore, AL bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2007 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
"the product is incredibly easy to install. however i was hoping for better mpg. i have a completely stock 2007 f-150 4x4. since the upgrade, i've driven two tanks. the first tank was no change in mpg. and the second had 1 mpg better. i don't know if it will continue to increase or if that's it. but i know they advertised 2-6 mpg gain. so... not quite what i was hoping for." —Ronald O from Bakersfield, CA bought a Hypertech Max Energy E-CON for a 2007 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
"WOW easy install - easy setup and looks custom with the included dash pod. I have only used the Edge Evolution programmer for a couple of weeks, but boy was it worth the price. Used the Power level 2 with 87-octane gas and was very impressed with the power and slight improvement in gas mileage. When I filled the next tank full with E-85 (105 Octane), I switched to Power level 3. WOW, does this baby get up and go. A very noticeable, tire screeching, kick in the pants HP gain. I cannot tell if the gas mileage is better because I can't keep my foot off the gas pedal. What fun!!
I would highly recommend this product to any Ford Truck owner with a Flex fuel vehicle." —Mark W from Orland Park, IL bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2007 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
"This thing shifs the tranmission into bease mode. My FX2 F150 sport have some get up." —Shelton K from Three Rivers, TX bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2007 Ford F-150.
"Owning a 2007 F-150 STX 4x4, the addition to my truck with this tuner is awesome. Having A a dual exhaust Flowmaster, K&N CAI and a SuperChips tuner really gives me horsepower and torque. Pulling my 2010 Polaris RZR S on my 16 foot trailer was a breeze. Great product." —Manuel C from El Paso, TX bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2007 Ford F-150, 4.6L V8.
"Ford should have built their F-150 this way in the first place. What a hoot! Better all around performance plus
improved gas milage. Shift point changes are excellent,
towing improvements - impressive. Fuel economy (when you
keep your foot away from the fun arena - 16mpg in town &
you can get 18mpg at 1,800RPM (just under 70mph). The
folks at Edge did a great job of engineering the custimization options & straight up box features. If you
elect to just plug & go (about 20 minutes) you will be happy as a clam. I have the K&N cold air kit also & together
these 2 changes have uniquely, placed steroids into a now
Performance oriented 300+HP 5.4litre engine." —Norman H from Poughkeepsie, NY bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2007 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
"Programmer looks great and was easy to install. Haven't towed anything with it yet so not sure on the performance there. Seems to be shifting smoother. Haven't noticed much difference in regards to mpg." —Kelly Z from Littleton, CO bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2007 Ford F-150.
"Before i got the chip my truck was a dog when i stepped on it but now there is a huge difference in power! Ive noticed an mpg gain and i haven't been too easy on the accelerator. I'm happy with the product." —Quentin T from Tallahassee, FL bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2007 Ford F-150, 4.2L V6.
"Installed this product into my 2007 F150, added can tell a difference in horsepower and can actually hear my cold air intake working more than with the stock tune. Currently 2007 and 2008 F150 get a check engine light for Read Only Memory error and another error. Called Bully Dog and was told to check back in two weeks for an update. I am overall satisfied with the product" —Jeffrey S from Lemon Grove, CA bought a Bully Dog Triple Dog GT Tuner (49-State Legal) for a 2007 Ford F-150, 4.6L V8.
"WOW! I don't know what my FX2 is running on any more. The needle doesn't seem to move off of FULL. No kidding. I set it on the #2 program for towing and it is one smokin' deal. Why couldn't Ford do this? I struggled for a whole year with bad fuel economy. Bought an AFE cold air intake, changed the Exhaust, and installed an Airaid throttle body spacer. It all changed in 15 minutes with this Edge Programmer. The only grievance I have is that it displays ONLY in miles. Up here in the Great White North; we're metric (just like the rest of the world.... O.K.) So; it would be nice to have the option to change over to Celsius and kilometers. So: realistically; this thing will pay for itself in about 5,000 Km (3,000 miles for the metrically challenged). I've recommended it to several friends already. And; the nifty little housing exactly matches the F-150 dash to give that it-was-always-there stock look. Do yourself a big time favour, buy an Edge Programmer, save the environment, save some serious $$s and get a whack of seat-of-your-pants Xtra power immediately." —Gerald S from Blaine, Washington, WA bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2007 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
"Strong performance increase
Improved operating efficiency = better mpg (not sure how much yet, but have confirmed rpm runs lower with evo at same speeds)
Good ergonomic design
I'm definitely satisfied, will recommend." —Joseph G from Conroe, TX bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2007 Ford F-150, 5.4L V8.
