"I own the 2008.5 Titan XE Flex Fuel Crew Cab Model. Ok, I researched alot to try and get the most bang for the buck. I bought the Hypertech Max Energy Programmer. Took 5 minutes to find out that the program was not supported. Update took about a week to come in from Hypertech for it to work. The only options for my truck are: 0-60 WOT removal, Factory-Regular-Premium Tune, Top speed limiter, and Rev limiter adjustment. I currently have the Premium tune, 0-60 WOT removed top speed set to 118mph and rev limiter set to -500. I am seeing a substantial gain in MPG. I am not punching it or trying to see if I can spin em cuz trust me it will do it with ease now. I filled up the other day with premium and I haven't finished the tank yet but driving in the city and where I would normally be at on the tank with 100 miles on it I am at 130. So yes I am seeing MPG gains and a little more power. I hope this was detailed enough for your research whoever reads this." —Joshua L from Augusta, GA bought a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for a 2010 Ford F-150.
" easy tp program, simple step by step instructions" —,,christopher , from Watertown, MN bought a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for a 2010 Ford F-150.
"Really glad I bought this unit. From a bone stock 4.6 F150 I can really feel the acceleration. It also adjusted my shift points so each gear change is nice a quick which makes it feel like a different truck. Also the gas pedal delay is gone, quick response now. Fuel mileage actually dropped though from 17 average to 16 but its possible I just have my foot in it until the thrill wares off. If you are looking for a quick easy way to wake up your F150, this is the easiest way to do it." —Thomas G from Houston, TX bought a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for a 2010 Ford F-150.
"I found the hypertech E-CON programmer easy to install & to set up for my prefrence. My mileage inproved by25%." —William B from Newark, DE bought a Hypertech Max Energy E-CON for a 2010 Ford F-150.
"I like how you can easily change from one setting to the next in about 10 minutes. I originaly bought the programmer to unleash the hidden power of my F150. I have played around with it for about a month and I keep it on the gas saver for day to day driving. The best part is once the program is done loading into the cars computer you unplug it and put it away. It works great for me cause I dont like guages and what not cluttering up the inside of my truck." —John Z from Grand Blanc, MI bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2010 Ford F-150.
"When looking into getting a programmer for my new 2010 F150 I scoured the web reading reviews and checking out different websites. Most lead my to the Hypertech programmer, which I ended up purchasing. I would have to agree that this is a very good programmer for the price. Not as expensive as others that allow you to fully customize the tune, but also not the cheap "chip" one setting fits all tunes of the past. I cant tell you I've noticed a whole lot of power gains, throttle response does seem a bit better, but I can tell you I've noticed MPG gains. I was originally getting about 17 hwy/13.5 city in my 2010 FX4 with the 5.4, and now I have been seeing 18.5-19 city and 15-15.5 for my city driving. All in all I would have to say this is a good product, and works as advertised. For those looking for a middle of the pack programmer that doesnt require a dyno tune, I would 100% recommend this product!" —Scott S from Jacksonville, AR bought a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for a 2010 Ford F-150.
"Seemed to work well. Made the truck shift better. It reset my spedo after I went with larger tires and wheels. It seems like it takes along time to program but not too bad. Overall I would buy this product again." —Bryce S from Spanaway, WA bought a Superchips Cortex Programmer for a 2010 Ford F-150.
"Overall very happy with this tuner. thought i would get a little more power, so far so good." —Bill B from West Palm Beach, FL bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2010 Ford F-150.
