"Installation (other than tapping for the EGT sensor) was very simple. Appearance of unit is clean and matches well with interior of truck. Easy to use and I have seen 1 mpg more in mileage after 1 week. I am happy overall with the product." —Chris S from Tacoma, WA bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2012 Ford F-150.
"I purchased the edge with the interest of increasing my fuel mileage like most everybody. The edge comes with three tunes. The first is a tranny only tune. This does a fantastic job of firming up the shift points. The second is for towing. This really does a very nice job of holding the rpm range and firming up the shift points as well. Tune three is for performance. I have not ran this one because it requires 91 octane and I am not interested in it to be honest. I have not noticed any increase in fuel mileage like alot of other people do. Though I do beleive it will allow me to get better mileage just because it allows you to see you instant MPG's and its rather scary on acceleration. The information alone this Evo gives out with the gauages is super." —Micheal G from Alvarado, TX bought an Edge Evolution Programmer for a 2012 Ford F-150, 4.6L V8.
"I have a 2012 F150 Ford truck, and needed a bit more power for towing..The programming was very easy, about 15 min...I have gone through the stock, regular, and performance power bands..I am staying with performance,,I am getting the same gpg.as stock, but can really feel the extra power, and tork..I recommend you to buy this programmer.." —Archie P from Mesquite, TX bought a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for a 2012 Ford F-150, 5.0L V8.
"programming the computer was easy just takes some time for the setting to be load. noticed huge improvements through out rpm range although i hear constant air bleeding off under the hood during acceleration not sure if that is normal." —Greg O from Wadena, MN bought a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner for a 2012 Ford F-150, Turbocharged 3.5L V6.
