Bully Bully for Bully Dog - I Like This!

Reviewed By Thomas F (HUNTSVILLE, AL) Reviewed for a 2004 GMC Yukon XL —11/27/2013 3:51 PM

I chose BDog because it would also display tranny temp. I've been towing a 24', 4900 lb RV with a Yukon. Upgraded to a 34', 7400 lb RV. Pulling the old RV, I got 10.3ish MPG (w/o BDog). I installed the "tow" program & towed the newer RV & added 2 kayaks on top of the GMC and got 11.2ish MPG. On the hwy not towing, my MPG went from 17.9ish to 20.1ish MPG (using the GMC trip comp). On my GMC, you have to remove fuses to program the BDog but just install "tow" & leave it, no reason to change.

Edge CS Evolution Programmer Reviews

Edge CS Programmer

Reviewed By Anthony B (SALINA, KS) Reviewed for a 2005 GMC Sierra —3/23/2015 4:49 AM

I have had my programmer for about 3 weeks now and like it. I have only had it in trans only mode so far to increase my mpg seeing how all I drive is highway. I have gotten just over 2 mpg better and that was with hauling a bunch of stuff in the bed. I didn't like that you have to remove a fuse to change modes, not sure if that was just to program it or if you have to do that every time you change modes. overall a good product and would recommend to anyone.
