Downloading the program from personal computer to the tuner was a little complicated, but the set up in the vehicle was easy. It does make a difference in performance, at least with shift points and acceleration are smoother in performance mode, which could be less desirable if you prefer the harder feel of acceleration pushing you back in your seat with a stock G37. Upper end torque is increased, giving more passing power at higher speeds. Overall it's a good product

Everything the product promises it delivers. I had to get additional program updated the people at bully dog was quick and professional to deliver the new update software tailored to my G37. My car feels totally different. The more hp and torque as promised. Greart product.

This all-in-one unit is great. Was able to read and clear a DTC that cost me $80 to have done at a garage. Grate selection of gauges. Would cost hundreds of dollars more to install each gauge separately. Very easy and simple set-up and navigation thru all its features. Very simple installation and could be removed quickly if needed. Wish there were more options for mounting but very worth the money.
