2010 Jeep Commander

Reviewed By John L (Foster City, CA) Reviewed for a 2010 Jeep Commander —6/22/2014 8:20 AM

AutoAnything provided fast delivery, the order process was easy and the representative was knowledgeable and helpful. The programmer was easy to update on line and programming my Jeep was painless (15-20 mins.) I have driven about 3,600 highway miles. Driving 70 mph yielded 23 mpg with a best tank of 24+ mpg. Around town is close to 17 mpg. Noticeable improvement in acceleration and passing power. My wife did not know that I had re-programmed the Jeep and noticed the difference immediately.

Hypertech Max Energy 2.0 Programmer Reviews

A Little Disappointed

Reviewed By Charles R (RICHARDSON, TX) Reviewed for a 2016 Chevy Colorado —2/14/2017 5:13 AM

Taking from some of the information I found on a few other reviews and articles, I was hoping the Max Energy 2.0 would resolve the "chuggle and hesitation" on my truck (a known problem that GM will not or can not fix). While it did help on the city driving issues, the highway speed hesitation is still a problem. The programmer is pretty easy to use if you read the instructions first and follow the on-screen instructions. I like the five program option. I currently have two loaded.

2015 Toyota Tundra 5.7L

Awesome product!!! Great step by step instructions. Had 0 problems with the installation, it took about 45 minutes from start to finish. I would recommend you measure your tire to get the exact size. I upgraded to a 22in wheel with 35s and programmed 35s first and it was still off 2 MPH. Once I measured and saw that it was really a 34, I programmed that in and it was perfect. Much smoother shifting too. I also noticed a 2mpg gain too!!! This is a must if you have a lift Tundra with 35s or larger
