Attempted to install which took over 40 minutes only to find out it needs to be updated which took 3 days. Then I learn that tech support works East coast hours which is bad for us on the West coast. It wasn't until the following Monday that I was able to finally get the unit to install which took about 3 minutes. Acceleration off the line improved, shifting at redline improved, but I haven't noticed any fuel economy improvements."
