Jet Performance Module Reviews

jet module review

Reviewed By Michael N (Niantic, CT) Reviewed for a 2007 Pontiac G6 —2/19/2011 7:19 PM

I have a 2007 Pontiac G6 with a 3.5 V6 that has a cold air intake and a magnaflow exhaust. After the Jet module was installed, I noticed a decrease in low end torque, but an increase in high end torque. All in all, not a head turning experience but a nice one nevertheless. Didn't know if I should have gone with a stage 2 module because I had the induction and exhaust, but I didn't want to pay for premium gas. Thought it was expensive compared to other chips, but no one else makes a module and I didn't want to cut and splice.

A little boost in power and almost 2 mpg's improvement

Reviewed By Mitchell B (Noblesville, IN) Reviewed for a 2009 Pontiac G6 —3/23/2012 10:35 AM

I've had Hypertech products before with similar results as this one. I installed this programmer along with an Airaid Jr. kit and my mpg's went from 15.5 to 17. This, along with a little power boost and an improvement in shift quality, would make me recommend this product to others..

Great but just two things

Reviewed By Greg T (Reno, NV) Reviewed for a 2009 Pontiac G6 —7/2/2008 11:24 PM

This is a great CAI. Improved performance, sound and look but not at 100%. I wish all the metal matched the polish tube. That would make it really make it stand out. The heat shield has a semi-big gap at the bottom where it meets the body. I've thought about retro fitting the stock housing or fabricating something to block the gap. But all in all great CAI and with the Predator flash its really throaty.
