Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator Reviews

Love It!!!

Reviewed By David S (VIRGINIA BEACH, VA) Reviewed for a 2007 Toyota Tundra —2/17/2017 5:54 AM

Bought it cause I put 35's on my Tundra and I was about 5mph off comparing to GPS. Also noticed shift points were off along with gas mileage. This calibrator not only allows you to fine tune the speedometer but it also brings the shift points back to factory settings. I am now back to 18+mpg on highway and 13-14 aound town and I am heavy on the right foot. Easy install, just make sure to zip tie to prevent rattles behind the dash. Highly recommend.

Hypertech Max Energy 2.0 Programmer Reviews

A Little Disappointed

Reviewed By Charles R (RICHARDSON, TX) Reviewed for a 2016 Chevy Colorado —2/14/2017 5:13 AM

Taking from some of the information I found on a few other reviews and articles, I was hoping the Max Energy 2.0 would resolve the "chuggle and hesitation" on my truck (a known problem that GM will not or can not fix). While it did help on the city driving issues, the highway speed hesitation is still a problem. The programmer is pretty easy to use if you read the instructions first and follow the on-screen instructions. I like the five program option. I currently have two loaded.

Range Active Fuel Management Disable Device Reviews

awesome upgrade

Reviewed By Richard C (North Reading, MA) Reviewed for a 2016 Chevy Silverado —2/7/2017 8:54 AM

I stumbled across this device and what a find. I hated the 4cyl. mode of my Silverado from the day I bought it. It's a much more enjoyable driving experience being in V8 all the time. Thus far according to my trucks mpg rating I haven't lost any mileage either not that I'd mind if I did it's worth losing a mpg or 2 to drive in V8.
