Do not buy!!! The installation shorted out a wire from my fuse box to the starter where Bully Dog said they'd pay for the tow and a certified Chevy dealership to fix. Was told no after $311 fix bc it wasn't a fuse or ECM. I told the it was the wiring and they said too bad. Then every time I start my truck I have to update the software (takes about a minute). Called and said we are aware, but can't do anythin. Go to uninstall so I can return the device and the file is corrupt. Week wait for new SD

I have had it installed for about a month. Shifting is smoother under load, milage is up from 14-15 to a solid 17 and overall I have no complaints. I was a little leary removing all the fuses to do the programming but it all worked. I wish it had a better manuel but thats a small con. I was expecting a slightly larger device (like a GPS) but its not needed.
