The product is great and the features are great and ability to use this for multiple vehicles is awesome. The only place for improvement is in the software update process. They need to have a streamlined, easy way to update the programmer to the vehicle you intend to use it on. I also would suggest identifying that the unit requires you to have a PC not a Mac, (I couldnt get it to work on a Mac anyway) as well an an internet connection. I managed to figure it out though.
Suburban runs like it should.

I purchased this more to disable the fuel management program and recalibrate speedo for larger tires, but decided to do the full tune. I am very pleased with the outcome! The truck doesn't lunge while downshifting (because of AFM), it shifts smooth and confidently, performance is improved, gas mileage stayed about the same as w/ AFM, and it doesn't require 93 octane. Even w/ an exhaust system and cold air intake, the tune went smoothly and never any check engine lights. Very Happy!
