I have a Mopar 12 (5.7 hemi) with an airaid mxp series CAI and my car actually felt slower with the canned tunes to my surprise. I had to get a custom email tune to make use of the DS tuner. The device is very capable but the tunes themselves are mediocre at best. Autoanything came through with the next day shipping though.

I bought this for 2 reasons-to get rid of the horrible throttle response, and to give a little more HP to the car. MAINLY for the throttle response. Even on 20% increase the throttle response is still horrible. You still can't pull out in traffic with this car. It's a LITTLE better, but not much at all. Not almost 400 dollars better. I think they could have made the throttle response better. My wife's 07 jeep liberty has excellent throttle response. So I know its possible.

Well it does what I wanted, which was to turn off mds. You xan also fully disable traction control, reset transmission adaptive values, and make the shifting slightly firmer. Yes as other reviewers said, the initial updates and backup does take a while. Some bugs I found was mine got stuck in traction control off. Its supposed to go back to normal on the next power cycle. Also 2x now in the middle of programming it said "no key fob detected" so I had to pop off the start button and use the key.

I had the hypertech prior to Diablo and it doesn't even compare diablo is so customizable and u can actually feel better response and more power shift firmness is amazing and if u ever swap cams or any major mod u can get a custom tune from several retailers with this tuner I have a 13 RT and I wouldn't buy any other tuner

I was hesitant to purchase this after so many mixed reviews, I contact Diablo customer support to see what I would gain from this tuner. I was told between 1-3 mpg. I am getting a average of 1.5 more in city and 1.0 on highway, I get a combined 16.5 mpg in my Ram. This is better than 14.5 to 15 mpg I was getting before. I did notice more horsepower as well. Hope this helps you make your choice.

Awesome product!! Definitely an improvement over stock. Added it on to Banks exhaust and intake which had already improved performance but it was still a noticeable difference. It also helped with mileage.
