Easy to use, but probably not worth $300 for my Truck.

4.7L Auto, CAI & HF Muf. Wanted more power (&/or) MPG & adjust speedo for big tires. I can't give it 5*'s because I can't honestly say it was worth 300 bucks. There are other options that do these things for less. If you have a newer truck, you can probably get more bang for your buck using more than 4 tunes. I noticed power gain in 91 performance, but only got 14mpg. Enough to notice driving, but gas is $.50 more. Gain of 1mpg (16 to 17) in Fuel Saver Mode on 87. Not much savings there either.

If only it worked...

Reviewed By John D (GRAIN VALLEY, MO) Reviewed for a 2005 Dodge Dakota —3/31/2016 6:03 AM

It's very simple and easy to setup and use.If you have the 4.7 Liter like mine, there are only 4 tunes available with this unit. 87 Octane, 91 Octane, Gas Saver, and Towing. Unfortunately the only tune that actually works is the 87 Octane. I receive an error stating the Program has a problem and to contact a number. Pretty disappointing. I have since returned to stock tune as the 87 Octane tune stretches the shift points out a little too far for my liking.

I could tell that my truck would get up and go right away and shift smooth.
