The "Superchips Spark software checks for updates and appears to send your vehicle files for analysis, then says that you have to wait 2 weeks and a custom file will be created for you. I was disappointed so I called to ensure this was necessary prior to use & was told yes. After the two weeks, called again and no record of me was in the system. After much troubleshooting, remove fuses etc. it would not update the vehicle. Note that this device Requires 12.8v with vehicle off.

Auto anything was great! Fast shipping! But the tuner has a lot to be improved on. I went on a 800+ mile trip and used the Eco tune and it was less mileage than stock. Also the performance tune didn't really add anything! The best is a little better throttle response on the performance tune. The Bluetooth is a great idea but I have consistently no connection while running gauges and has to connect everything you turn off the ignition. Besides that I haven't got that far into the tuner.
