Couldn't really tell any difference on 87 octane but it did seem to come alive a bit on 93. Throttle response is definitely quicker though. I'd probably buy again just because I've heard bad things about the more expensive units on the market. Don't really think it helps gas mileage either. I do however have a CAI on the way & put exhaust on last month so we'll see how all the mods work together.

The throttle response is much better along with the shift lag at low speed between 1st & 2nd,really woke up the V6 Very simple install,took about a 1/2 hour

Got rid of sensitive throttle, changed shift points to use engine power more effectively and increased my mileage by 2 mpg. It makes the truck fun to drive with the added zip. Reliability is unknown at this time. I would buy again.
