I bought this to turn off the AFM (Active Fuel Management). This fit the bill and then some. I want to tinker around with the other options later. If you want to turn off AFM, buy this one. This was the only one that I found on this site that will do this. I originally bought a Diablo programmer and found out after I got it that it would not turn off AFM. I was able to return it and get the Hypertech at a reduced price. Very pleased

This is a great little tuner.. SUPER SIMPLE to install literally just plug it in and it walks you through step by step it automatically saves your factory settings so you cant screw things up nice features like tire and gear changes it doesn't have a ton of customization noticed mostly mid range and top end power ill warn you... unless you want to run 93 octane in every tank, dont even try the premium tune.. its definitely better!!

Easy step by step installation 1,2,3. Picked up throttle response to the point of feel of the pants performance. Picked up mileage and shift point adjustment was just right. Very easy to set back to factory settings . This is the one for my money.

Very easy to use, noticed power gains and better fuel economy right after installation. Would definitely recommend this product to anybody looking for a little extra power and better mpg's!

Got this for my twin turbo Ecoboost engine. They claim big gains, primarily due to the turbos. This truck has a speed limit feature for kids. The programmer asks you a question about resetting the speed limit, but it says it is about the speed rating of the tires, so I set it at max of 40. Turns out it limited truck speed to 40, my wife wasn't happy when she couldn't go over 40 on the freeway. Reprogrammed at stock setting, works fine. Too soon to tell if mileage improved, power did.

I'm new to programmers, for sure. Super easy to program. As for results, I was hoping to see a couple one miles per gallon and a little more pep. But I'm not seeing much, if anything. 2004 Ford f150 5.4.

Had to update programmer for this to take place. Downloaded an updater program, updated the programmer, reprogrammed the truck computer, all in about 30 minutes. Immediately noticed a more responsive, quicker to idle, more powerful engine. Drove a 1300 mile trip in first week. Mileage went from 10.2 to 12 mpg. Awesome.
