I installed the Flashpaq Tuner and immediately went for the performance tuning, It was a blast however with the price of gas over $5 I decided to go for the economy mode for now. I have not run thru a complete tank yet so don't know what the mileage is yet. Also I have not been on the hiway yet.
Not as advertised

Great product but not recommended for the layman. If your not familiar with tuning a vehicle before hand then adv do your research. Hypertech was not forthcoming about what the product can and can't do for the vehicle as well i.e. does not work with certain after market mods.I had installed a bigger throttle body which caused the engine to go into a lean mode after using hypertech tune ( not matter how hard I tried I couldn't resolve issue without falling back to default stock mode). So if you have a stock engine with no mods ( other than a cai or cat back ) then your clear.

You can feel the improvement this programmer brings to your vehicle firming up the transmission shift points and the noticeable difference in engine performance especially while starting from 0 mph. Stay off the gas pedal and the improvement in mpg, even modest, will come to save some dough at the pump.
