Looks great, does little

I had to buy a PC laptop to be able to download my car's programming data, which should have been in the Trinity from the beginning! It was supposed to be "customized" for my car, out of the box. Once programmed, the only difference I can discern is that my transmission is shift-happy. It quickly downshifts, then upshifts while I'm accelerating. I see absolutely no performance increase, and I feel I've wasted my money.
Big Hopes - Big Let Down

I was very hyped to get this, I have an 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.7L HEMI, they advertised ability to adjust shift firmness, throttle response, and up to 20 HP and 20 TQ - My jeep does not allow shift firmness, and throttle lag removal. Also after DYNO with intake and 93octane tune, I LOST 6 Torque and LOST 3 horsepower. I do feel a small difference because of the "trans tune" it did, but definitely not worth $350 (I got it on sale). if not for restocking fee, I'd return.
