I installed it myself in under 40 minutes, very easy. The only issue was space, and jamming all the cables back in so the glove box will still close. With Cold air intake, cat back exhaust, it makes a huge difference in low end torque for hauling, and just so much smoother running all around. Highly recommended.
I was disappointed with my 13 avalanche.. It had used 2 QTS of oil in 9000.miles.Was going to trade it for Toyota.I had read about this on net about AFM causing this b.s.GM made a mistake with this. The range kept me from getting rid of my Chevy.so far so good no more oil loss and it runs better than new.1 mile less per gal.and shifts smoother than ever and trans is running cooler than before and have smooth power all the time hope the range last a long time.Thank you Range technologies. Perfect for my needs!
There's nothing worse in my mind than discovering a problem when an idiot light goes on because it's usually too late to prevent the problem.mThat's where the Scan Gauge II comes in handy for me. Now I can monitor my transmission and engine temps hauling my popup camper on road trips. Combine that with the ability to pull codes and clear them it's indispensable in my book. Already love the readouts and have had a couple friends buy one after seeing mine in action. There are cheaper alternatives but this is a case of getting what you pay for.
