Bully Dog BDX Tuner Reviews

Not worth the Money

Reviewed By Christopher E (FAYETTEVILLE, NC) Reviewed for a 2012 Toyota Tundra —8/10/2017 4:01 AM

The instructions don't tell you to, but when I called Bullydog with a pre-installation question, they told me that I need a battery charger or jumper cables hooked to another running vehicle to install because of the high risk of battery voltage fluctuation. It took an hour to install and I haven't seen any improvement to my truck; no noticed horsepower increase (haven't dyno tested it) and no fuel mpg increase.

I'm saving so much gas and way more power

Reviewed By Toby L (Rockaway Bch, OR) Reviewed for a 2002 Toyota Tundra —7/13/2017 9:26 PM

I had installed my headers and intake about a year ago and went from 17-15 mpg to 15-13 mpg but had good power. Now power is amazing pulls hard, only thing is the price I feel like Unichip should have dropped the price on these but auto anything was the best deal and fast shipping and great costumer service, they emailed me right back with any shipping problems.

Installation was easy. Truck runs great but throttle still has soft touch and delay.
