One look at your pooch’s waggly tail and the slobber dribbling down from her engorged tongue, and you know that she loves riding along with you. But, all that excitement might make her want to wander around the cockpit, sticking her nose out of every window to test the smells on both sides. That can be dangerous. To keep your best friend safe, keep her behind the PortablePET Pet Partition.
When you install the PortablePET Pet Partition, your dog is safe from roaming loose around your vehicle. Best of all, the universal PortablePET Pet Partition is fully adjustable up-and-down and side-to-side, so it fits most SUVs, minivans and wagons. Need a little extra coverage? You can get an optional Add-on Rung.
You don’t have to worry about harming your ride’s interior. The PortablePET Pet Partition is gentle on your carpet and ceiling liner—there’s absolutely no drilling needed. And, you get a Lifetime Warranty.

I should have bought these years ago. I have older Maltese and recently bought a small poodle mix. He jumps all over the place. This should help prevent an accident. I never got one before because the Maltese were a calm breed. The bars actually make my Z3 couple look more sporty.

Works great in the far back, behind the back seat, for a large dog. A small dog?? The extenders only hold traction to a certain point, then they become loose and will hit a window when you turn the car. I placed the partition behind the front seats of my Subaru Forester. It fits and looks great! However, my 45 lb dog can easily get underneath it, EVEN with a third rung.

This gate was easy to install. It looks good and doesn't rattle. The only problem is that my dog figured out how to move the horizontal adjusters and get through in less than 30 minutes. I admit my dog is of above average intelligence, but it seems like it should have held him better. Now I have to figure out how to secure these pices as they slide quite easily.

I was able to install the partition within a few minutes in my new vehicle. I was a little worried because I have a panoramic sunroof but I was able to spread the bars just far enough apart so that it just fit. My dog was a little put out that she couldn't sit in the front seat but I was very happy.

I ordered two of these, specific for a VW Golf, and a full size pickup truck. Neither is long enough to reach from the floor to ceiling in either vehicle. I called the manufacturer and was told an extension kit is available for an additional $22. Why order specific to fit your vehicle and then go through this? I am shipping them back.

Hi, Sure, it will fit if your cargo area measures 34” to 60” in width and 23” to 45” in height.

I would like to know how far apart the vertical bars are on this item. I already have a pet barrier in my 2012 Mazda 5, but it is inefficient and keeps coming loose because the ceiling of the Mazda is curved on the sides, and thus, I cannot get the barrier to fit tightly. I need a barrier where the vertical bars are a bit closer together so that they will fit where the ceiling is flat.

the vertical bars can be adjusted closer together if you like. I just got mine in the mail today and was playing with it
