Change your labrador’s latitude and let him lounge away the long hauls in the Kurgo Wander Dog Hammock. Not only does the Wander Hammock from Kurgo span and protect your entire rear-seat area, it treats your pooch to miles of resort style living!
When your payload goes from pets to people, the Wander Hammock quickly converts to a regular seat cover. Or, unzip the center for a hammock/seat cover combo that accommodates pets and people. Plus, the Velcro closures allow seatbelt access and child seat use.
Crafted of PVC-backed polyester, the Kurgo Hammock is waterproof, stain-resistant and machine washable. Plus, the special anti-microbial fabric repels dirt and moisture. That means claws, crud, fur and “accidents” never reach your seats.
Along with the 55” wide x 56” long Hammock, Kurgo includes a matching utility bag to fortify Fido everywhere you go. Plus, you choose the black or khaki color scheme, both with orange trim. And best yet, Kurgo backs your Wander Dog Hammock with a 1-year warranty.

This is working very well for my German Shepherd in my Dodge Ram truck. Very easy to install (I have removable headrests) and there is some adjustability with the straps and holes. Make sure you understand what you are buying... it IS a hammock. It sits flat up against and covers the entire back of the back seats. It sits flat on the seats where the dog is going to be sitting/standing. It then wraps up and covers the back of the front seats which is the "hammock" part. It is not a barrier.

Good Product and Idea on Kurgo. I have a 2013 F-250 King Ranch and wish the Size was about 10" wider and about 8" longer. Don't get me wrong this product fits. I just wish the size was a little bigger. Overall Very pleased with the product.

Mine is in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and fits nicely. The width is just right and the adjustable straps allow for a variety of adjustments. I'm not sure my dog likes the texture but a small rug solved that. The construction is of good quality and look like it will last a long time.

This dog hammock is wonderful. It is water proof (and mud proof for that matter) and extremely durable. Not to mention it comes with a handy carrying case with a water bottle in it for my pups. My only issue with this dog hammock, and with every other dog hammock out there is it isn't long enough for the bench of my truck. In every other way it is great! Highly recommended.

Real easy to install after you do it first time. Using as hammock version right now with 2 25 lb dogs and first thing they came over the top to step on the front console. The edges could be a bit wider for perfection. It stinks of "rubber" when it comes in so I aired it out a couple days then tossed iit in the dryer no-heat with a fabric softener and that helped. So far everything is still like new condition.

I drive with 4 shiba Inu's in my car. I am wondering what would be best for them. I would like them restrained and the hammock with a sliding cable for movement from side to side sounds like a great idea. Just not sure if it's doable without them all getting tied up around each other and creating more problems. Any ideas out there? They would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, In most cases, dogs tend to settle down in this hammock, so hopefully your dogs will do the same. It really depends on the dogs though.flag Accept Answer

Will this item allow access to the seatbelt buckle to attach a pet harness to?
Answered by Manuel A. — Feb 07, 2013 4:25 PM
Thanks for your answer but let me re-phrase my question. I guess what I need to know is if it will let me buckle-up/connect a pet harness that attaches directly to the buckles in the middle of the seat. Is there a slit in the cover to allow this access to the buckles in the center of the seat? I don't need to use the shoulder belts for this harness application. Thanks!flag Accept Answer

I have gone though so many pet covers and wasted so much money. I like the reviews that I have been reading. I have 5 dogs, weighting in from 38 lbs up to 90 lbs. My question is: Will this item work in my car?
