Description

Driving around with kids in the backseat is bad enough—at least they’re (mostly) house trained. Dogs, on the other hand, can barely contain themselves on road trips. Before your best friend completely destroys your ride’s interior, lay down a protective layer of defense with the Kurgo Stowe Hammock.

Unlike traditional dog seat covers, the Stowe Dog Hammock spans the divide between your back seat and front seat. Not only does it deliver greater drool, fur and business blockage, but it also lets Rover sprawl out without falling off the seat if you have to hit the brakes. Plus, it stops him from squirming his way up to the front.

Besides shielding your upholstery from harm, the Kurgo Stowe Seat Hammock is incredibly durable. Made from stylish dura-suede fabric with premium stitching, this pet seat cover is waterproof, stain repellent and machine washable. Its plush padding is comfortable for pooches and humans, and it has Velcro-sealing cutouts that let you run your seatbelts through and mount car seats. 1-year warranty.

Well made

I was a little upset when I first ordered it, because I could get a similar product at PetCo or Petsmart, for far less. Once I received it, I know why the others were far less, you get what you pay for. The build quality is excellent and its more for constant travel, it almost looks like it was made by the automobile manufacturer. Excellent and worth it.

I drive a lot, my dog is always with me. The hammock style is great to keep the fur contained, keeps the floor and back of the seats clean. Makes my dog feel WAY safer without the risk of rolling onto the floor in a short stop. The slight barrier wall from the front seat is not much of a deterrent. fabric is very solid, sturdy, comfortable. There is NO bungee strap under it to hold it down, which it could use, to hold those corners that get kicked up, ruins the whole purpose of the cover.

Purchased the Kurgo Stowe Hammock. I have a 65lb shepard mix that travels with us on the weekends. We have made 3 trips with the hammock. The grommets on the top of the hammock, that connect to the headrest are beginning to come out and have moved some. Feel certain they will not last much longer. Not sure that i would purchase again

Hammoc for Nissan Frontier

The Kurgo Stowe Hammoc does exactly what it is supposed to do; provides a protective cover for my leather upholstery and keeps my German Shorthaired Pointer from ending up in the foot well. She seems to enjoy riding in the cab during hot weather, rather than in the hot, enclosed bed of the truck. Very easy to install...takes about a minute.

I dog-sit regularly, so I wanted something to protect my new car that would also be comfy, in case she needs a bed. The Kurgo Stowe Hammock is padded, sturdy, attractive, and keeps my car clean and dry even after Trudy plays in the creek. It could be 8-10" longer...

Does it split?

Does this split so a person can sit in the back seat beside the dog?

Does this come in a smaller size?

Hi there, Does this hammock come in a smaller size, basically to fit in a mini cooper? It looks a great product.. Otherwise do you have any other products which would be suitable for a mini cooper, to keep my dog safe in the back seat?.. Thanks Kind Regards, Kelly
