The product could be a little better quality, but it works as advertised.

My puppy was hesitant to jump in and out of the back of my Jeep Wrangler. He is a "giant" dog breed and he was getting too heavy for me to pick up. Besides, giant breeds just don't like to jump very much anyway. The Twiststep was the perfect solution and he uses it without hesitation. I took one star off because I keep banging my shins on the step when it is in its "stored" position and I'm loading or unloading stuff out of the back. Annoying, yes, but it's worth it 'cuz it really helps my dog.

I found it difficult to install, instruction not very clear. I manage to get it, and it work fine. If the dog would figure out just to push on the bottom of it it would just fell right down. I am sure I'm not installing it right.
